I ordered a few accrows & strong boys off Chase Plant Hire, they were delivered on time the delivery guy was really helpful getting them onto site, called to get the items picked up no issues they were there when they said they would be.

Hired a 3 ton digger plus breaker for the week. Communication was great (I love being able to communicate on Whatsapp and get an instant response!), digger arrived on time and collected on time. It was clean on arrival and the delivery driver took time to explain how to use it as it was my first time using a digger. Will definitely use again

Hired a 1.5 ton Excavator from Chase plant, when the machine arrived i checked the Diesel level and pointed out to the delivery driver the level was low and the machine was not full to the "Brim" as the hire paperwork said it would be, do I signed the delivery ticket an wrote on that the diesel was not full, before the machine was collected after 3 hrs of use it was filled to the same level, but i was later charged for 5 litres of fuel they say they had put in to top it up, i emailed my complaint but they didn't want to know. It was a very tatty machine with
lots of wear and sloppiness when operating, i certainly won't be hiring equipment from them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone,
I have been operating excavators for 50 years so i know what im talking about, and diesel was supplied by my customer so i had no reason to do them over

First time using chase, and I couldn't of had a better experience with them. Great communication trough out. They arrived early and were more than happy to help me make some slight alterations to my gateway to get the digger in. Polite and curtious ,I hired their mini digger for some garden make over, and made light work of it, took what I was planning a three day job to do, and I was finished in a day. I will definitely recommend that you use this company, top notch lads.

They are cheap for a reason.Charged my card a week later for diesel i put £10 in before I gave back... DO NOT GIVE THESE YOUR CARD DETAILS I've reported them to my bank and trading standards...you've been warned.
