I am disappointed I ordered 3 divan sets and required a two man delivery as I am unable to lift myself. The website says select two man delivery at checkout. Checking out I could not see two man delivery option so I rang the company and was told that would be okay and they would send me a separate invoice for the delivery. When I hadn't received this a couple of days before the delivery date I called again and was told that 2 man delivery was not possible in my area. I cancelled the order and ordered from another company. My son also had one of Cheap Beds divan sets delivered last week and is very pleased with it. They need to offer two man delivery in all areas not just local to them, After I cancelled they rang me and offered 2 man delivery but it was too late I had already ordered elsewhere

On line ordering could be better it took me two days to order the bed could not get past the mode of payment page. When delivery was made the driver said that he was not allowed to deliver on to the first floor this was not mentioned in your delivery details. being a pensioner I had to get some young people round to get the bed to my flat.Apart for those major problems the price and quality were excellent.

Quite simply superb looking and easy to assemble king size beds. The brown colour is a lovely rich deep shade of chocolate - looks very stylish. Remarkable value for money and great delivery too.
The only slight problem we found was the assembled bed frame did not remain square to itself when moved - it went slightly rhombus shaped. But this was easily fixed by bracing across the wooden slats by screwing narrow lengths of wood underneath. This reinforcement was just our preference though, as the beds are going to be used for B&B guests, but the standard assembly without the bracing would probably be good enough for normal home use.

From the time I ordered the beds to getting them was within 48 hours. Service was good and I would recommend the company to any of my friends requiring beds

Excellent value for money-just what we wanted for a guest room. Arrived within two days of ordering and very easy to assemble.

I was kept updated, and my order came on time and in perfect condition. I am very pleased with my purchase and the service. Would recommend.

Just received my divan bed and mattress,very pleased with it also driver was very helpful thank you, will certainly order off this company again.

Shocking experience. Cancelled my order today. Zero stars for customer services. Very quick to take my money. Not so quick to deliver the goods. This is now Day 9. Was told they need to speak to the courier on Monday, that will be Day 11. Even after cancelling the order I am left unsure of their next move? I just want my money back. I don't want the mattress. Already bought another mattress which is ready to pick up. That took me less than an hour to organise after finishing my phone call with this company. Out of pocket needing to wait for days for a mattress that was never going to appear. Stay clear of these guys.

6 days later. Still no refund of my money. Getting brassed off, big time now. Watch this review for follow up. Do not use this company. Customer service is extremely bad. I will give you all a follow up on my situation.

12 days since I wrote my review now. Still not received my refund. Company doesn't answer my emails. Stay well clear of these guys. They are terrible. Wishing I had never heard of them. Still waiting on my refund. Might get it by Christmas?

I know that some people give bad reviews for no reason but I wouldn't buy from this company if I were you. The staff are offhanded and don't seem to care they don't answer they're emails and just don't want to help.they deliberately delivered a damaged bed and won't do anything about it.If i could i would give them no star's.

paid £20 for AM delivery.
I arrived nearly 2 weeks later and in the afternoon.
The web site has many broken lnks and they ignored 2 emails.
Finally got results after my brother telephoned to find out where the bed and matress had got to.
apparently the supplier had ran out of stock.

A nice appologetic email , replying to at least one of mine, would have been good. But no... had to wait for our telephone call before they told us anything.

Maybe I was just unlucky, but they have not even offered compensation for late delivery, even though I paid the extra £20.

I placed an order on 23rd of August. I received a call the next day to say they didn't have the bed I had selected in stock and there had been a 'mix up at the warehouse'. I was told they would not be able to get the bed to me until 31st of August, which was quite annoying as my card had obviously already been charged and I didn't really want to wait over a week for the bed.

In the end, I just had to accept it as I knew it would only be a mess around and take a good few days to get my money refunded. One thing that was a little worrying was the person who called me (sales department) didn't seem to care at all that the bed was going to be late and didn't offer to do anything to make it better.

So the 31st comes and I still haven't heard anything about when my bed would be delivered. At around 11am I decided to call them to see what was going on. I got transferred to the same salesperson I spoke with previously and again her attitude was not great and I was informed there had been a problem at the warehouse, again, and I would not receive the bed now until the 3rd of September. Again, she didn't care about the inconvenience this caused me and didn't try to make the situation better.

I said I would just rather the refund now as I'm not very happy with the service I've received. Her response was, ''Okay fine I'll process your refund today, thanks, bye''

Bad impression all around, not a good company, unreliable and not trustworthy.

Pleased with the bed but the delivery driver was not very polite and misable too my partner which I'm not happy about she suffers with bad feet and got a bad hip so cannot get the things in her self but the delivery guy left the mattress in the door way so she Hatto drag that in by herself with her 72year old mother which Iam not very happy with and think that is well out of order.but the bed I very nice and worth the money thank.just a shame about the delivery guy.

PLACED ORDER YESTERDAY......WAS OFFERED NEXT DAY DELIVERY FOR TODAY.....HOWEVER DELIVERY WAS DELAYED. SAM CALLED AND HAS REARRANGED FOR NEXT DAY. OVERALL OK SO FAR.

Excellent service from start to finish. Good product. Need to purchase another two and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend them!
