Could not of found a better bed, the mattress is comfortable and supportive for my back plus the base is high. Would recommend to friends and family. Excellent value for money

Very quick service driver very helpful

For the price the mattress is very comfortable. The bed is cheap looking but at the cheap price I can't complain about it. Tracking was non existent and next day delivery was not the case for me. Its a shame as it ruined the experience for me as I'd already got ridden of my old bed. Delivery driver was happy enough. So all in all a fairly good experience let down by the "next day delivery"

Excellent product received... Was a bit sceptical due to how much I paid for the divan and mattress (low price) and some negative comments, but to my surprise very good quality divan and the mattress. Love the colour and the mattress is very comfortable according to my son. Packaged well and the delivery driver very good. Defiantly will use this company again and will recommend to friends and family.... Thank you :-)

Delivery driver (Lukas) refused to bring the bed to the front door, threw it across the grass!! Called us abusive names and offered me a fight as I took a photo of his registration number to report his service. Completely unacceptable. On calling to make a complaint and emailing to make a complaint have heard nothing back from the company.

Next day delivery advertised but should read next week. The headboard I ordered took a week to be delivered with no communication as to why it would be late. The delivery tracker provided in an email did not work as no order was showing in my account. One of the reasons for purchase was the quick delivery as I needed it or guests in the spare bedroom.The headboard was of poor quality but it must be said that you get what you pay for and as it was cheap I did not expect too much. However it was badly made with splintered wooden support posts and a small hole in the corner of the very thin faux leather covering. As it was cheap and the leatherette was so thin I was able to sew it up.

Delivery arrived as arranged, unfortunately DX the couriers don’t give a time slot so in all day to receive. The side opening ottoman bed came with good assembly instructions and went together well. Looks great and gives really good storage, the mattress we ordered although the cheapest is really comfortable! All in all we are delighted with our purchase, many thanks.

Was really worried at how cheap the bed was, but i was pleasantly surprised by how good it was for the money. Will definitely use again.

Cheap bed but with that price it's expected
No middle leg under bed 2 support the pole in the middle plus no nails so slates aint secure

No I am not happy with the bed you have sent me its not the bed i ordered.And would like to return it to you and get my Money back the bed you sent me is cheap and nasty and I didn't even get the headboard that I paid 50 pound for

Really excellent service - from a phone call to confirm delievery to a phone call when the driver is on route, who was extremely friendly! Great bed, just what I needed for brilliant value. Highly recommend

I ordered 2 small doubles for my sons. They are very happy with the beds, which are sturdy and well made.
They were also a good price and well worth the money.

The reasons I am not offering 5 stars are:
#1) Delivery times that were stated by the company did not match the driver's times.
#2) Delivery is not at client's door but only on ground floor, detail not mentioned on company's web site.

Overall experience: satisfactory.

Ordered bed from them Delivery driver turned up like a tramp on his own no 2 nd man then complained that no one was there to help him my wife is 63 years of age and had to carry part of the bed up 13 floors on her own to find the driver had dumped the other part on the landing and just left without cheaking if it was the right house or not and did not wait for signature or to see if all was OK emailed sales team twice to complain it is now 4 days later and the have not bothered to contact me by phone or reply to both my e mails if i could they would not even get one star they would get minus 5 stars DO NOT USE THE EVER

Ordered bed, which was good price, and promise of prompt delivery was great..... however thats where it all went wrong from then on.

The bed delivered had miss matching parts... was supposed to be black with a blue detail..... headboard and footer fine, however sides were marked on packaging as black and red.... when opened it was just black, no detail at all.

As i had disposed of my childs old bed that day in anticipation of his nice new bed, I had to accept the delivery.

When i started to assemble I was shocked at the Quality control, fixing brackets were skewed from top to bottom, the side panel extrudes from the headboard by 2cm, however is recessed at the foot board by 3cm, the whole bed is not square when put together.

Called sales number (its the only number they provide) - totally unhelpful, told me to contact after sales - you can only do this by email.

I emailed after sales the following day, got a response day later asking for photos.... no name of person responding, no phone number, nothing.

I spent 2 hours trying to send photos, however their email server wont accept photos at it exceeds there limit for anything other than a tiny thumbnail type picture.

Ordered a new bed which arrived super quick so was really happy with the delivery. Although it did come later than the time frame. Upon opening up the bed up I realised that the bed slats were very mouldy. The bed frame was fine but isnt massively sturdy. There is no holes to screw the bed slats into, meaning the bed frame doesn't sit square. Overall the bed is nice to look at and is fine to use but I certainly won't be ordering again.
