Excellent service. Bed was delivered quickly and was as described. Couldn’t recommend this company more. Their customer service was very helpful with my query. Very quick response. Thank you

Delivery delayed, rusty furniture
The items were supposed to arrive within 5 days, took over 10 days and radio silence after purchase. On delivery, I see that one of the table rivets is missing and rusty and the leg of one of the chairs is bent and rusty as well. Price should have been much lower if this was the quality delivered!

Fantastic company
Fantastic company! Ordered a habitat parasol ( £20 cheaper than other places) but when it arrived the screw decorative top was missing. Didn’t hold much hope to getting it but was going to keep the parasol anyway. Emailed by the off-chance it would be there. Had an immediate response saying that they would order the missing part. Arrived a couple of days later! 😁 Will definitely use again. Amazing customer service. Thank you

Lido Glass Black Dining Table & 4 Black Chairs Contemporary Design Compact
I am giving 4 star only because the tracking update was not detailed. I had to email customer services and their response was prompt. The dinning set was delivered on the day scheduled. No scratches, no missing item, everything well packaged.

Item arrived in banged up box
Item arrived in a banged up box.
When opened all the paint has chipped off it, and when it’s in used it’s wobbles like crazy. Could have bought the same thing, for the same price elsewhere and it would have arrived in better condition. I understand it’s “cheap furniture” warehouse not second hand used.
