Absolutely horrible company, no update on the product being delivered and then 10 days later received an update stating it was already delivered 9 days ago. Impossible to get a hold of UniUni the delivery company. They place you on hold for hours and miraculously you get disconnected. You try to fill out a complaint ticket online only to have it say it cannot be done
Don’t waste your time buying from this company either because when you try to contact them they only speak Chinese

I ordered 2 bracelets on the 28/11/25 for Xmas gifts. I have not received my parcels, the tracking is terrible, just says no further updates. I have no idea where my things are. Very disappointed, paid a lot of money and no gifts. Is this a scam company x

I ordered my sons gift and paid but did not recieve confirmation on email. This sites looks like scam. They do not respond to emails as well.

Ordered a bracelet on 1st December now 18th December wanted as an Xmas present. Got in touch with company on 16th. 2 days later still nothing or bracelet. So much for 5 to 8 working days delivery. Forgot this company their rubbish.

I recieved over £600 worth of items in the timescale stated. I was kept up to date with the status of my parcel. Once recieved all bar 1 item was perfect so I contacted them via email with photos and what was wrong. Within 24 hours I had a new item dispatched to me. I cannot fault cherish these and their customer support. Thankyou for some beautiful, beautiful items of jewellery. 🥰

Still waiting for a refund sent dozens of E mails same generic AI answer sorry for your inconvenience we will sort this out blah blah blah I am. Absolutely fuming that I have been scammed like this what a disgusting company praying on people emotions,for ones sons. Absolutely disgraceful I will send them another email., may be I will get a human from customer service.... doubt it.... Purchased two of there leather wrist bands for my sons. Be careful with these because they are so small .The do NOT fit the wrist of a child and will definitely not fit an adult. so pretty useless really

Absolutely awful product. Was overcharged. If I saw this in a shop I wouldn’t pay £1. I’m so disappointed in the quality of the bracelet and the card inside.

The merchandise was not as described, and defective. They REFUSED over and over again to allow for a refund or even replace the merchandise. The merchandise is literally worse than carnival prizes. DO NOT BUY !!! I cannot stress this enough. I paid $66 for something that was literally not worth $5 at the dollar store AND it was defective.

I loved the moonstone necklace when it arrived, but after a couple of weeks the clasp felt a little loose. Customer service was quick to help though, so that made up for it.

Item arrived, not as ordered and as a set of door number, one was totally different and another was broken.

0 comunication from support so dont bother writing. The chain from the necklace came broken.

I picked up the forever rose 4-leaf clover necklace, and it’s become my lucky charm. It feels dainty but still sturdy enough for daily wear. The packaging was absolutely adorable.

Got the Forever linked bracelet from my dad. He said it’s to remind me of our bond, and I actually love it. Feels durable too, not flimsy like some men’s jewelry.

My wife cried when she got her bear with the engraved necklace with our names on it. She set me off too. Such a perfect gift. The real preserved rose to symbolise undying love and the 14k white gold necklace with our 2 hearts linked together forever on it with our names engraved. I've bought her more expensive gifts than this but I've never had this kind of reaction before where she just couldn't stop crying and hugging me. This was a birthday gift for her but our anniversary is coming up soon and I think I'll be using this site again to see if I can find anything else that will make her this happy again.

Been more than 2 weeks, my order is still not here, tracking is not accurate and zero update for past 4 days, customer service is useless and off zero help, stay away from them.

Terrible service, I paid extra for a quicker delivery and I’m still waiting to receive my purchase. Customer service is useless. Website and social media ads all look the part but PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE LET DOWN
