Terrible

The items that I ordered for Valentines not only arrived late but were nothing like what was described nor pictured. The "real rose" was definitely fake. The necklace and bracelet are smaller than in the advertisement. When my wife tried to open the drawer in the heart it was blocked by the moving part of the heart. Poor craftsmanship of that.

I ordered necklace for my girlfriend on…

I ordered necklace for my girlfriend on valentine. I picked priority shipping which is 6-8 days. I supposed to get the necklace around 02/12. However, I didn’t receive it on that day. I emailed on 02/14 asking for returning. They said product was shipped can’t not return. I can return after I receive. After receiving the product, I emailed asking for returning procedure. AI asked me sending product’s pictures. I sent to them. AI said someone from specialized returning team will get in touch with me in shortly. However, nobody emailed since last Monday.

An order I purchased for my daughter that was never shipped. They eventually responded following the threat of my company legal team. They confirmed my shipment was lost on 12th January. I was advised my purchase was refunded ( Never received) . Since followed up twice to which a robot responded. Disgraceful customer service

I order a forever rose with a necklace and they claimed it arrived on vday but no package arrived, I emailed them to see what was going on and I followed their instructions, asked neighbors, apartment office and mailman and nothing, I replied back and they apologized and that they were going to investigate, I waited a few days and asked if they figured something out if they were going to send another one or a refund, it's been 17 days and they never replied back

JUNK FROM CHINA

Arrived 2 and half weeks after purchase. The necklace was so badly knotted and tangled it could not be fixed. If I knew this junk was coming straight from China, I would have never ordered it in the first place. Never again.

Ordered a necklace for Valentines day…

Ordered a necklace for Valentines day for my wife. Placed the order 12 days before and paid for expedited shipping. They said it would arrive in around 7 days. It finally arrived after 20 days. It came from China and I can only assume that it was sent by mule train from a small village. Never again.

Never receive the item bought & no response

Update : I received the item in my mailbox. I updated to 3 stars as the bracelet looks good but their long sloppy delivery and no customer service is horrible .

Ordered a braided bracelet on 6Feb, 18Feb received email saying status as delivered but I did not receive the item at all. I reached out to them via email & Facebook telling them item not delivered, as of now no response just an auto reply. I found out that the bracelet is from China so shouldn’t take that long to ship to Singapore. I will update the next few days if I hear anything

I responded to an add on Facebook the week before valentines day. While bragging about being a Canadian Company and caring for its customers - they did not say jewelry was manufactured in and would be shipped from China. The ordered item arrived February 21st.

The item was $79.00 USD and while lovely, it was hardly worth the cost for an item that COULD NOT be delivered by its advertised Valentines Day.

Couriers letting down a good company

I kept seeing ads on youtube for the forever rose heart box. I'm normally very cautious with products I see on adverts as they tend to arrive not looking as good as the adverts.

I went ahead and placed an order because it seemed like a unique gift for my girlfriend on valentine's day. I paid extra for a faster delivery to get it on/before valentines to surprise her.

The couriers tracking was very poorly updated, but this is not the fault of CherishThese.

Unfortunately the gift didn't arrive on valentine's day which meant the day didn't go perfectly to plan, but once I got in contact with Rebie, they issued a refund on the extra delivery charge right away which was great. Again, this seems to be an issue with the courier, not CherishThese.

When the gift arrived, it was well packed, there was no damage to the present and, honestly, the quality was the same that I saw on the advert, which is rare!

The only downside to my experience with CherishThese was that my email was initially met with an AI customer support which didn't really solve my issue, but I don't feel like that justifies dropping a star as everything else in their control was great!

Scam! 😡

I believe that this site is a pure scam! I have not received my package at all, and my bank was charged twice from a weird Amazon account since I made the purchase. I’m having to shut down my card and get a new one because of these scammers!

It has been delayed at customs now for 9 days amd when you reach out to them for assistance you get nothing in response. No help what so ever. It’s been 20 days and still nothing

It’s been 20 days and still nothing. Their excellent customer service is actually AI generated (see their response ). They show shipping from China (they mentioned they ship from British Columbia. And the ship date playbook aligns with a scam. I hope I am wrong here but sure feels like a scam. Again 29 days and hasn’t left China is not good service. Should have stated that. Facebook will be informed

I found an order under your name which I am assuming is yours. The ETA is Saturday for delivery. It is taking longer than expected due to the tariff/customs changes that happened suddenly in early Feb which caused a delay of about 5 days. Our typical delivery times are 8-10 business days for the free standard shipping, based on your order time, we will be over that time frame by about 3 days, which I totally understand is frustrating, please contact us and we can look at some type of compensation here. Regarding the AI, we have 8 real people that work on customer service, however due to the volume of tickets we receive over Valentine's and other holidays, we do enable an AI agent to help with small tasks or give out tracking information, however we have human agents responding to any issues that are not solvable by it, 24 hours a day.

I am 79 and ordered a gift for my lady friend from these folks on the 22nd of January, hoping for delivery for Valentine's Day. Here it is the 19th of February and NO gift. My lady friend thinks now that I do Not care for her. WHY is this happening? She is such a dear lady.

My husband is deployed and couldn’t spend this Valentine’s Day with me. So he bought me a necklace and pair of earrings ahead of time to make sure I had something special from him for Vday even though he couldn’t be here. It was guaranteed to arrive on Valentine’s Day but I still haven’t received anything. Very disheartened by this…really hoping this is not a scam..
