Very unhappy … Ordered 2/5/2025… was told it would be delivered 5-7 days… delivering it before Valentine's Day, I still have not even received a shipping confirmation however they have charged my credit card! .Thinking I may have been scammed!

Unfortunately, I wished I can leave a good review but the purchased process to the shipping and handling has taken so long. It's been over three weeks now. I am still waiting on my gift to arrive. The customer support is nonexistent. It's just an A.I reassuring you in the most basic way. The support team doesn't exist. If you want something more efficient, I would not recommend this at all. You're best off getting from a better authentic site who will care for you.

Men be warned! When you give a woman a card that says “You will never find someone who loves you like I do.”, she may think that you mean she will never find someone who loves her “as much” as you do. Although the necklace, earrings, and bracelet in the apple box with the rose was well received, my Valentine’s Day weekend was somewhat ruined by the card inside. My wife is a beautiful woman inside and out and it’s safe to say there are plenty of men in the world to love her as much or even more than me when I’m gone someday. You may feel as I do that everyone has a different kind or brand of love that is unique, different and personal to each of us. Do not expect that your wife or girlfriend will feel the same about “love you like I do” and opt for a different card message if possible.

Ordered Forever Rose for my wife for Valentine’s Day. Has not even shipped yet. Still processing. Emailed and text “Cherish These” and only got apology and excuses. Worst company ever. Asked for a refund and got no response, crickets. Will dispute charge with credit card company.
Since I can’t reply to the posting Cherish These put below this, I’ll address it now. I ordered on the 9th of February and have been checking each day if it was shipped or even processed. It is still in processing according to their website. While I do live in Alaska, this would not be a problem except your product is coming from CHINA. And even if I paid the stupid price to get it here in 5-6 days with Priority it would not matter since IT STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED according to your website and the call I made to customer service. I don’t have a recorded call for customer service, but I do have plenty of pictures of your website with my order date, each day I checked, and seen that it is “still being processed by the shipper” and a copy of the deliver expected times. Also no where does it say this item is coming from overseas, let alone CHINA. So yes I would indeed like a full refund. And will update this site if and when I receive it. Until then, my comments stand. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH CHERISH THESE unless you have plenty of time to wait for it to even ship. Anyone who would like pictures for proof, drop a email to “im a us pilot” at gee mail. I would love to prove how bad they are.

Not delivered
I ordered an item Jan 17th for Valentines Day. Have not received anything and replies to all my emails were AI so no answers. I've asked for refund and have heard nothing. Very dissapointed.
After ordering in Feb package was received in March. It was a shame as it was a nice item and if arrived on time I would have given 5 stars. In mean time I was refunded my money a few days before i received the package. I was told to keep it even though I was refunded my money. Too bad on the delay.
SLOWWWWWW DELIVERY TIME
I placed my order back on January 21 with the expectation that it would be delivered before Valentines Day since it stated that it would arrive in 7-10 business days Well here it is February 14th and from what I can tell based on their crappy tracking its still in Los Angeles and has been since February 11th. If the product is anything like their delivery service and communication I will be returning for a refund. Will NEVER shop here again!

I ordered 2 items on 1/24/25 and I am still waiting on 2/12/25. I have called and left numerous messages with no responses. When I send emails it is answered by AI with information that I can not use, because of this I am going to have to spend extra money on something else. I feel like I was scammed, this will probably be my first and last time using the company.
Thanks for reaching out, but someone from your company emailed me yesterday and told me that can either offer me 15% of my order or I can return everything if I wanted a full refund. So, which is it?

THE Customer Service was AMAZING. I ordered 2 of the men's bracelets for my 2 adult sons. They arrived on time and they were super nice. I gave them to my sons (ages 36 and 31) and they said thank you, but both of them told me they were nice, but they were not really "their taste" and they would probably not wear them. I was bummed out and I called the company to find out about returning them & getting my money back. They returned my phone calls (a few times actually! A LIVE person!). They were super nice and they said no problem and they refunded my money. I was so happily surprised and. I think they look great and might be better for younger men...my sons don't wear jewelry, so I don't know what I was thinking!
Didn’t process order
I ordered the forever rose and necklace on the 12th of January and sent an email on February 7th asking about it. On February 8th I got an email telling me that my order hadn’t been placed be there was no last name for the mailing address. In Canada it is not necessary for a second name, you can even write occupent. In any case I asked for and received a refund in full right away. Now I just have to scramble for a gift.

Outstanding support and item
While the item arrived later than expected, and delayed, and the tracking system was not totally accurate, the Forever Rose Heart Box was lovely as promised.
More importantly, the support I received from Amy and Andre at the company was OUTSTANDING! They responded and answered every e-mail and phone call I made to them, even after hours in the evening. They tracked the package and gave me updates and support. I give this company and their product a 10 out of 10.
