I ordered a mens inscribed bracelet for my fiance for Valentine's day. The website states the bracelet is adjustable. When I received the bracelet I matched it to the length of my fiance's other bracelet and this one won't fit him and I couldn't find a way to make the bracelet adjustable as your website stated it was. I contacted the co. via email and the AI prompt told me they would mail the 'larger' bracelet and informed me the bracelet isn't adjustable. I expressed my concern for not receiving it in time for Valentine's day. I then recd an email that said shipping won't resume until after Jan 31st. I tried to call the store and you get a vm. I filled out the customer contact form and nothing. I am not happy! I ordered the original and replacement bracelet in plenty of time for him to have it for Valentine's day. Now I can't even get a response and it is unclear to me if anyone has shipped the larger bracelet.

I ordered a necklace 15 days ago. I tried emailing multiple times and only getting AI or no response. I tried calling too. All i want is my valentine day gift or a refund. I never been through anything like this before and i hope the company isn't a scam.

Hi James, our support is limited over the weekend, however someone will get back to you on Monday. The courier did attempt delivery 2 times. I've sent a request out to the courier and they should be contacting you after the weekend with information on the package. If they've lost it or there is another issue, let us know and we'll refund it and send a replacement out at our cost.

After I ordered it, I decided to look at the reviews like a dummy and saw a lot of negative reviews about the item never came and I was very worried but it actually came within 8 to 10 days. I am very happy and it’s beautiful thank you very much.

We don't go out of our way to collect reviews here so it tends to be mostly customers that have had an, unfortunately, poor experience, almost always involving a courier service outside of our control. We do always re-send/refund items in those cases but I absolutely understand their negative sentiment. The only way we can properly get a more accurate rating here is to pay Trustpilot to allow us to send out enough reviews to gather proper feedback. We may have to do that in the future as we do not want customers thinking the issues here are a common situation for us.

Got fooled again!

On 12/18/24, "Cherish These" messaged me that they would honor their promise and send me another bracelet, free of charge, being that I had already been refunded for my previous purchase that was never received. I gave them a good review for that promise, but it looks like I did it prematurely and got fooled again. It is now a month since their written promise to send another bracelet and it hasn't arrived yet. What, is it coming from China on a slow boat? Why yes, I believe it is. They can keep it, not interested anymore. I'll just copy down the wonderful words and put it in a card and give it to my son for Valentine's Day. He more than likely would not have worn the bracelet anyway. Needless to say, I won't be ordering anything from this company in the future and will advise others to do the same.

I am thinking this is a total scam. It has taken 3 weeks from the time of purchase for the item to be even picked up. It still has not left the country. I doubt I will ever see it.

Hi Richard, we ship out a lot of packages daily. It's possible the courier lost it/misplaced as we have systems in place to ensure it goes out on our end. That being said, if this did happen, we always replace/refund the orders, but please reach out to us so we can look into it for you. Ordered a bracelet for my partner on…

Ordered a bracelet for my partner on 04/12/24. It apparently arrived to the hub in England on 12/12 but has been there ever since. I first emailed them on 20/12 then again on 29/12. They assured me I should receive it soon and I could track it. I’m not willing to pay to find out where it is and since then I’ve emailed 2-3 times eventually asking for a refund but have heard nothing!!!! I’m really disappointed and will never use this site again. If you live in England don’t waste your money like I did…..

Got a forever son braclet contracted the company and got an AI responce emailed them a few more time.in regqrd to gettingntye return details for and exchange or a refund but no one has got back to me and after reading somenof these reviews im sure ill nit hear bk from the company shame i thought they where legit so ill have tonhave a look somewhere else company like this think that they dont need to get back once they have your payment. My order number is #124248 thats if you feel that your decent enough to grt back to someone.

Outstanding customer service!!

I ordered something for Christmas that did t arrive on time, when my wife contacted customer support they were fantastic, offered the instant refund and told us not to worrry about sending it back dnd just keep it for the inconvenience.
In the big picture it’s not costing them very much but I’ve gone from someone that wouldn’t buy or recommend them to someone who will do both in the future.

I did also find the same product on amazon for less but the quality of the cherish these gift was/is vastly superior.
I will use them again, fantastic customer service!

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!

Ordered a necklace for my Mother on 12/11 & was told it would be here before Christmas. Took them a week to finally provide a tracking number and when they did, it wasn’t accurate at all. I called on the 23rd, and again was assured it would be delivered before Christmas. Christmas came and went, I still never received it, and was offered an insulting 15% refund (which I still haven’t received). Then on the day after Christmas, they said they delivered the package but it was either stolen or not delivered. Now customer service isn’t returning my calls and nobody but AI answers my email. This is a total scam

I feel like I'm being scammed

I feel like I'm being scammed. They don't answer their phone. Their email is generated by AI. And their tracking system doesn't work.
I'm going to call my credit card and ask for a revers or stop payment.

Update. Today is day 15. 12/30/24 Still no package.

Awful experience right before Christmas

My husband ordered me a gift for Christmas from this cherishthese.com and has tried emailing, calling, messaging (it’s an AI response) and there’s been no contact from the company. He also paid extra for it to get here on time. I see we’re not the only ones with this problem. THEY TOOK OUR MONEY & WE NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. We should have gotten it 2-3 days ago- and it looks like the company is making up excuses in the replies on here. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and most importantly your time. Especially if you’re like our family who doesn’t have the extra money to lose! It’s truly sad for this to happen right before Christmas. If we don’t get refunded for our order, I’m going to make sure no one “buys” anything from them EVER again.

UPDATE: to clarify after reading the reply from the company- My husband called, emailed and used the Facebook message option and still no contact from an actual customer service representative- just automated AI responses. He emailed three times and no response after the first automatic reply. How am I supposed to get a refund if it’s all AI? He also called and left a voicemail.
Also, there’s fine print which states no refunds after 20 days. I will keep updating my review so more people don’t have to go through this.

FINAL UPDATE: A customer service rep called him back to go over the order. He reassured my husband enough to wait on the refund because the package would get here on December 28th. (Spoiler alert….. it didn't). At this point we were just fed up with all of it.
The package eventually came beginning of January. Let me say, we were SHOCKED!! I would have bet a lot of money that this package was never coming. Especially with how the events unfolded. Although I loved the necklace and bracelet he picked out, he was able to get it engraved. (Not sure what metal the necklace is. Im hoping it doesn’t turn my neck green with how expensive it was!) The bracelet is 925 Silver. He also added on a bear with flowers at checkout- veryyy chintzy (I wish I could upload a picture) -do not recommend!! But that’s besides the point, we went through a lot of unnecessary stress. I truly hope no one else has to go through that around Christmas time. Hopefully the company will make some changes! Unfortunately we will never order again.

I felt like I was being scammed

I felt like I was being scammed. Long story.Don't order from this company. I had my credit card company do a charge back so I did get my money back. YES. I did do a charge back after I got an email stating that my order had an exception and had been returned. It was asking me to call a + 86 number? The person who contacted me said I would have to order it somewhere else. I think you should check further into the situation before replying to customers. My credit card company was investigating what had happened and told me that if it was a legit mistake and I would receive what I was paying for they would reverse the charge back. This did not happen and like I said before I was told I would have to buy from somewhere else. And you should have control over your shipping company or use someone else.

Hi Lisa, I don't know the exact details of your issue, however I can see that you placed an order with us and 5 days later initiated a chargeback against us after we had shipped your product. At that point we re-routed the package back to us and returned the money.

Update: I wanted to follow up with the updated information the reviewer provided. An exception on an order typically means the courier either lost the package or there was an address issue. We do not have control over couriers and the deliveries. Damage/lost packages do happen to everyone and it is unfortunate and while it is out of our control, we do always re-send orders that have these issues. I understand your hesitation ordering from a smaller company but I did want to clarify here that we do follow up with our guarantees, every time.

FRAUD ALERT

I ordered (2) bracelets for my son’s on Dec 6th. I was told bracelets would ship within 1-2 days and would receive tracking via email. I never received tracking and that is the last I have heard from them. I have tried to call them several times, they don’t answer, have left several messages. I have emailed support several times and they have AI bots responding.

Looks and smells like I got scammed. Very unfortunate, as I have been eyeing these bracelets for a few years and finally pulled the trigger.

If a legitimate person from Cherish These happens to read this, please ship me my bracelets. Merry Christmas everyone !!

Just awesome!

I ordered a 'to my son forever love you' bracelet. It arrived in time. It was the best gift ever. My son(25) went through difficult times and those words and bracelet with inscription helped him so much. Amazing when an ad like that pops up and you feel the connection that that is the ultimate gift. He leaves the beautiful gift box with the words inside open and reads it every day. That way, no matter how far away we are from each other, we bond. Thank you from my heart!
