They don’t indicate upon ordering that the item is coming from China, so it took way longer for delivery than indicated, even though they clearly state on the website that their warehouse is located in the United States. Also ordered an engraved necklace and it came without any engraving.

Ordered a bear with a necklace and paid extra for priority delivery. I'm well past the time frame stated and have contacted them to notify them. They replied to my first email but when I made them aware it was for my wife's birthday and the fact I paid for priority delivery and was well over that they have completely ignored me. I am still waiting for my item too. Very poor service.

I ordered and paid for 2 Bracelets for my 2 grandchildren. Each was supposed to have their names on them, they did not. Contacted the company so may times via email, no response. This company seems to be a complete and utter scam. I will not be using them again.

Let's hopen ur not on holiday when ur order from this company there courier leaves ur parcel in the dust bin and u don't receive it and the company says its been delivered well mines got taken away as my bin got emptied all the company does is sends u a photo of it being in the bin and say its delivered mines is now in the trash

He orders a pendant for my boyfriend and it's been over 15 days and he hasn't arrived yet. to top it off it shows me that my address is in trouble., I've sent my address 3 times and it still doesn't come. I don't recommend it at all. DON'T BUY HERE. I will change my review if I get my order.

I ordered a anniversary gift for my wife on 9th September, it still hasn't arrived. The reason I ordered from cherish was mainly because if the reviews, but have to say I'm disappointed in the time it's taken I only hope when it does arrive it will be worth the wait I will put another review if it eventually arrives but I've give it a 3 star for the moment at least

The box is nice, the rose is small, and the necklace I would not give to a 6 year old. Over priced and a total waste of money! Don't do it! Think with your head not your heart. Shipping was slow, I wish they would have lost it!

I ordered a gift for my anniversary and it's been over a week and no tracking number got ahold of customer service and they blamed shipping company than they offered a refund I agreed but no refund it been nothing but run around. So my next step is to report to fraud department on my credit card. I will never buy again from this company. If I could go 0 stars I would very disappointed would not recommend to any consumer!
