Unfortunately, your request was for a change of mind due to the size rather than a faulty product. According to Australia Post's tracking, your parcel was successfully delivered to your address in East Cannington WA at 10:25am on Monday 29 June, with the delivery scan confirming it was left in a safe place (mailbox).
As soon as you contacted us, we responded promptly and worked with you to try and locate the parcel by confirming your delivery address. When it still couldn't be located, we immediately lodged a formal Australia Post investigation on your behalf (Case 72886131) and requested proof of delivery and any available delivery evidence.
We'll continue working with Australia Post until the investigation is complete and will update you as soon as we receive their findings.
