Express delivery not accurate - don’t waste money
Paid for express delivery website said 1-3 days. It’s been a week and I still have yet to receive my product. I reached out to the website but instead was offered a $20 credit for not being accurately delivered as expected. I will not be ordering from here again

Hi Jorja,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery time.
After checking your order placed Sunday, I can confirm it was dispatched via Express Post on Monday and the latest tracking shows it is onboard for delivery today. While that's around 2 business days outside Australia Post's estimated 1–3 business day timeframe, those delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, particularly for interstate deliveries.
We completely understand that when you pay extra for Express Post, you hope to receive your parcel as quickly as possible. Although the delay occurred after the parcel left our warehouse, our team did our best to assist and offered a goodwill gesture while keeping you updated throughout the shipment.
As a proudly Australian-owned business, we work hard to dispatch orders quickly, provide friendly customer support and keep our customers informed every step of the way. While we're disappointed we couldn't provide the experience you were hoping for this time, our team is always here to help if there's anything further we can do.
Kind regards,
