We do not normally write reviews but we must say we have been really pleased with the work Cheshire conservatory's have done, the installation team were very good the finished job is very good.

Efficient, tidy, polite, first class job

This company was faultless from my first inquiry to the conclusion of the work, with the time scale adhered to.

Our property was a challenging undertaking, and under the circumstances they performed well. The scope of the contract was to supply and fit windows and external doors, plus two support lintels.
A good looking quality product, (but of course only time will tell) at a competitive price. There were "snags" which were dealt with in a timely manner. Would recommend.

I hardly ever give feedback unless something is exceptionally bad or exceptionally good. Cheshire Conservatories is an example of the latter. I was looking for a new front door and a canopy and I am delighted with the result. This applies to the communication, advice, products and installation. I took a lot of the staff's time as I wasn't sure what I wanted, I was changing my mind, hesitated etc. and throughout the service was exemplary. They were professional and friendly in a natural way rather than overfamiliar or over the top, where there is no substance to what you hear. They were knowledgeable, patient, helpful and the quality of the products and services was at the highest level. This goes for both, the office staff and the people who fitted the door. The door was fitted quickly with a great attention to detail and after the work was finished there was nothing for me to do, the place was left clean and tidy. I am truly impressed.

All the workmen were very hard working and kept me informed at all times of what would happen next.

Arrived and completed work on the date I was given. Excellent quality doors and fixtures, and neatly installed.

They were swift to respond, professional in action and pleasant to deal with.

The service provided from survey, through construction to completion of the fitting of a conservatory Guardian Warm roof was excellent.

The staff were punctual, polite and friendly. and put you at ease.

The work was completed to a very high standard.

Following on from my previous review relating to the replacement of the facias and soffits.

The remaining work was to replace eight windows (including a bay window), conservatory doors to fully insulated internal doors, and a new composite front door.

Chris and 'Gaz' completed this in four days, they were meticulous in the detail and ensuring the quality of the installation was perfect and even pointed out a minor defect with one of the windows (which is to be replaced in a few days). They were both really down to earth chaps, very easy to speak to and gave excellent advice when anything needed a slight change. In reality, the work was pretty much as originally specced out by Adam and Paul, no surprises or complications - a very smooth job indeed.

They tidied up after themselves and I had absolutely no reservations leaving them to carry on when I had to nip out in errands.

Overall, as before I would highly recommend this company, and will without any doubt be using them again.

Everything was well planned and no hidden surprises. The fitters were punctual and explained everything. They were pleasant and comfortable to have in our home. They had good communication skills and cleaned up perfectly after the work. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

We initially contacted Cheshire Conservatories & Windows with regards to an issue we were having with our front door. Adam came out to look at the door and tried several adjustments to try and improve the opening and closing of it and eventually recommended we replaced it, which we were more than happy to do as we feared at some point we would not be able to close the door securely. We were offered the very best advice and chose our replacement door. The fitment date was agreed and the whole process was extremely seamless. The fitters were absolutely fantastic and carried out the work to an extremely high standard. We are really happy with our new door and the total service we received throughout. We highly recommended Cheshire Conservatories &Windows.
