these guys are thieves, they will take your money and make promise to delivery but nothing will turn up.
currently taking them to small court to recover my money.

I didn’t read any of the reviews before I ordered my turf on Monday, and to be honest I’m glad I didn’t!
whilst some people may have had a few problems I can honestly say from order to delivery the whole process was completely hassle free. Great quality turf, complimentary fertiliser for 50sq m, friendly delivery driver and a great price too. All delivered and laid on Wednesday!

Never buy from this company, Extremely unprofessional services 1 week late and 5 roll of 43 was damaged, no fertiliser, I waited 4 weeks for compensation and fertiliser never comes !!!
One big mess in this company !!!

Over a month since i ordered from this joke of a company and had to cancel because stuff didnt turn up. Still trying to get a refund so probably have to go down the legal route. Dont order from this company!!

Garden looking great ready for our summer had turf and some mulch for my borders great quality and service. Highly recommended.

Atrocious. The man, and I use that loosely as he's probably 5foot, 30stone and driving a porche, had my daughter in tears, calling her an 1diot for not being able to carry the 41 rolls 10metres with an 18month old child. "presumed she was married". Delivery was returned because it was pallet service not to the back yard as explained. Refused to refund the £140 and redelivered the turf 5days later. The grass was dead. Had been held in storage in Middlesbrough. How this company is still operating is beyond me. Poor poor product and terrible customer service.

I wouldn't order from them ever again...wish I'd done my research first.
Was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks ago, but was told the ground was too dry so it couldn't be cut...I only found this out because I phoned them to see where the delivery was.

The attitude of the horrible man on the phone was disgusting.

If I could give zero stars I would this company are terrible. Ordered for Tuesday delivery this week and failed to deliver, promised Thursday and failed to deliver. It arrived today Friday afternoon badly wrapped on two pallets and fertiliser ordered not on the truck. My advice don't use this company but if you ignore this advice then use a credit card and when it doesn't deliver tell your card issuer Never Never pay by bank transfer. I am awaiting a refund for the missing fertiliser and will do a charge back via the credit card issuer if this fails to be refunded within 7 days. Just read the other negative reviews and save yourself some heartache and time waiting for this company to deliver. Avoid at all cost .

There should be a 0 star rating for this company who are an absolute joke quick enough to take payment and promise delivery but not quick on anything else, delivery didn't turn up, no courtesy calls, no explanation... phone the next day with the promise of delivery that day, no delivery after another phone call and alot of dithering from the sales person and further promises of delivery we have cancelled and demanded a refund, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Order never arrived arrived on the date they was booked & promised - absolutely no answer on their phone & inbox full so you can’t leave a message!
I had booked people in to lay the turf the next day & had to cancel them. They had my order for a week before they had to even deliver so no excuse.
NO communication whatsoever, but they were extremely quick to take my payment. Appalling

Delivered this morning and laid 80m in just under 2 hours turf looks amazing just in time for this beautiful weather

used Cheshire turf growers 4 times this year on various clients property would high recommend always recieved my orders and the turf is always beautiful

Whatever you do DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CONMEN...

Been over two weeks since they failed to deliver turf (and confirmed delivery twice) and still no refund.

Trading standards are involved yet still no refund.

We’ve since emailed watchdog and are going to expose and start to warn potential customers about these conmen on social media.

Terrible company, terrible service,Avoid!!!!
Ordered turf for next day delivery had to pay £10 extra to make sure it was delivered the next day with a promise of a call in the morning with a delivery slot. First mistake didn't call me with a time, I called them to be told its on its way. Nothing arrived that day, called the next day was told the field was flooded and the grass couldn't be cut. Was offered a full refund that will be with us Tuesday, obviously we didn't get one. called everyday to follow this up and was told a different story each day. Finally got a refund 4 days later.
Do some research and use a reputable company, absolute cowboys!
