They got me with their advertising!! Thought I’d give it a go but it’s definitely over priced in my opinion. Especially being from Canada, with the exchange rate, shipping and duty I had to pay. I ordered 4 items of which 2 I kept. Which ended up costing me $200 cdn for a light weight hoodie and a summer dress. Now I have an $85 U.S. credit which will get me one more item and it will get eaten up with their $30 shipping fee and I’ll have to pay duty so it’ll cost me about $115 for that additional item. After I use up my credit, I will NOT be buying from them again. Canadians definitely beware.

The clothes sizes are all over the place. The shirts and sweaters are so think and not worth the money they charge. Be careful washing- the clothes pill and shed. Think $50 for a wear once piece of clothing. Not worth it at all.

This was my first time ordering from this website, I ordered three items that included this sweater. The other two items were just ok, not amazing quality or anything, but the sweater did not fit at all, super boxy (not for a tall frame at all), the arms were ridiculously crazy long, the material not comfortable and the color was more bland in person.
So I start a return for this item, and find out that their return policy absolutely sucks.
I spent $42 on the returned item originally, they take out a tax and a “processing fee” to return, so I only got $27 back via an online gift card?! I loose money to return an item?!
Unfortunately I had to spend more on another item to get rid of the gift card because guess what- it also has an expiration date! Hopefully the new item fits because I won’t bother to try and return again for another hit to my pocket.
Will not be purchasing from this website again due to the bad return policy. They also refuse to post my negative review, they emailed me a response to my review basically saying “sorry for the disappointment-happy to extend the online gift card dates”. Haha gee thanks how about all my money back for the returned item instead?! So they probably have lots of hidden negative reviews, buyer beware!

The quality of their product is awful. On top of that there was a dead cockroach in one of my item bags.Terrible refund policy so I couldn’t even get my money back. Please learn from my mistake and don’t order from here.

I have bought a few items from this store and they are not true to size. I even bought a size up this time thinking that it would help, nut it does not help at all. I am very disappointed in the quality of the clothes and would expect them to fit better for the price you pay. Do not buy from this company! Not worth it in the slightest.

Poor quality clothing that can only be returned for store credit, no matter the reason for return. Do not trust reviews on their website as they do not publish negative reviews!

Do not buy from this company. I bought three dresses size XXL and all were the size of a woman wearing a size 8 or 10. NEVER BUY FROM THESE FOLKS.

The clothes are unflattering, cheaply made, and overpriced. They don't refund you your money if you return something they only give store credit. And the conditions they put their warehouse workers through + the pay is awful.

Love love this shop! I have spent hundreds here. Clothes fit and feel great. Shorts are fabulous! I always get my clothes quickly my order is always correct. My last order my coupon didn’t get applied but they sent me a gift card for the amount I would of saved with my coupon. Great customer service always very friendly. BUT returns are for store credit you do not get refunds so there’s that. I have never needed to return anything.

Note you can only return for a store credit! I bought several things to try out for my first time, and unfortunately, nothing fit. Imagine how disappointed I was to see I wasted so much money. Sure, my fault for not reading the return policy, just never occurred to me I wouldn't just pay a shipping fee to return.

I love the items i've recieved from Chic Soul, they are so cute & trendy. I have worked with their customer service on returns before and they helped me promptly. Just look at the sizing per item on their site, and you'll be sure to find an item you love and that fits great every time.

The only reason they are getting two stars is because customer service made it right, and I do have a dress and tunic from them that were a gift a few years ago and I like those items.

I just bought $200 worth of shirts for work and I had to return everything. Come to find out it’s only for a store refund. Great (eyeroll). Customer service said they would refund one time to my card but I found a few other tops that could have worked and swapped for those instead... I should have taken them up on the first return offer. The second round of clothes looked even cheaper than first and in both orders I had a sale item, so I’m out $60 regardless. Mind you - “sale” to them is still a $30 t-shirt!

Biggest thoughts to leave you with:
1. They don’t post negative reviews which screams scam.
2. Their customer service is prompt, but don’t expect any individualized communication (re: scripted answers).
3. Their clothes are cheaply made and look cheap - I’ve literally found better and high quality items for plus size at Marshall’s and TJ Max.
4. They only really have one style they cater to - empire wastes and flowy tops. If you’re apple shaped, this just doesn’t work.
5. They only have one model who wears everything and she’s not even really plus sized. I bought a top because they finally had a plus size model in it (3xish) and the shirt was laughable when it arrived.

I wish I had known that they falsify their reviews and the return policy before purchase. I don’t really ever leave reviews but I also emailed these comments to their customer service…not that anything will change.

Please don’t waste your money - very disappointed in this business.

The sizing is way off. The quality is very poor. I want to return the items but they only issue store credits. Why would I want more from a company that sells such bad products? No thanks! I'm out $124.00 that will all be donated to charity. Lesson learned. Google reviews first!

Return policy is horrible and customer service reps do not know what they are talking about. Too many other places to order plus size clothing…stay away from them, plus quality is cheap.

I ordered on a Wednesday morning and paid for expedited shipping showing the item would be received by Thursday or Friday. It is now Friday and tracking is showing the item will not be received until NEXT Wednesday. I have contacted Chicsoul for help and they say it was shipped and is up to FedEx to get it to me on time. I paid for expedited shipping and now it is taking longer to get to me than regular shipping. Chicsoul's customer service is of no help!

Over Priced for Cheap Made Clothing. And you cannot get your money back only a store credit. Lesson learned.

Beware of their REFUND Policy. As a first time costomer, I was very disappointed when I recieved my order. The clothes I recieved were poor quality and did not fit they way I would like. So, I went to return them. I was disapointed that I had to pay for shipping back to them. I was even more disapointed that I only recieved a gift card for the return. I will not be buying from this store again!

Nothing fit! I am usually a size 20-22. Everything was too small. They carry no larger size yet would only give me store credit. This is Bull$%*&!

I had ordered 2 pairs of jeans and 3 shirts. I haven’t received my order (Canada Post) which came up to $250.00. Now I’m being told they can only offer an in store credit (gift card) after multiple emails back and forth. Nowhere on their site does it say no refunds, in store credit only.

I should have googled their name because of the list of poor reviews I’ve found.

What a huge disappointment.

I received my shipment of clothing for the first time from this US business, hoping for amazing plus size clothing. What a disappointment. Clothing is cheaply made, but prices don't reflect the cheap quality of clothing. I ended up giving the items away to goodwill as I didn't want to pay shipping fees to return the items. I was charged shipping on the clothing and then just recently received another shipping invoice with additional shipping charges the company asks FedEx to send to the buyer. In all, shipping to Ontario was well over $100.00 now for 3 tops?????? Seriously

Seriously think twice before ordering from this company.
