Excellent Customer service and good products. Really impressed with the company.

I recently purchased the Chigee AIO-6 MAX CarPlay device for my motorcycle, and while I unfortunately haven’t received the original unit due to UPS misplacing the package, I have to highlight how exceptional Chigee’s customer service has been throughout this process.

Over the past two weeks, as UPS has been unable to locate the shipment, Chigee’s support team has remained responsive, proactive, and genuinely committed to resolving the situation. Without hesitation, they stepped in and arranged to send me a replacement AIO-6 MAX.

It’s rare to see this level of care and accountability. Their support team has been outstanding, and it gives me a lot of confidence in the company. Thank you, Chigee, for standing behind your customers.

These guys were honestly amazing. I previously lost my power cable for my chigee screen contacted them to see if they could help me by sending me out another one as we’re struggling financially and without hesitation, they chat with me a delivery address was correct and sent it out straight away could not fault them in anyway

Alla scadenza dei 6 mesi gratuiti per i servizi online ho provveduto a effettuare la ricarica per 50$ che consentirebbe di fruire di detti servizi per un anno. A causa di un bug dell’app CHIGEE go il sistema non riconosce la sim fornita da Chigeee non consentendone l’utilizzo. Il servizio clienti mi ha invitato a utilizzare una sim personale, con ulteriore abbonamento! Assurdo!

Comprei recentemente um Chigee 6 com pré-instalação para duas motos — uma KTM Super Duke 1390 e uma Norden 901 — ambas com câmaras instaladas.
Só posso dizer: fiquei mesmo impressionado.

A tecnologia é intuitiva, rápida e muito bem pensada para quem anda todos os dias de moto. A integração funciona sem complicações, a imagem das câmaras é nítida e dá uma sensação extra de segurança na estrada. Nota-se que foi desenvolvido por quem realmente percebe as necessidades dos motociclistas.

Até agora, experiência totalmente positiva — estou muito satisfeito com a Chigee. Recomendo!

I ordered the aio 5 play, a few days later I realized I wanted the aio 6 max instead, so I had to return the first one, and the representative was really nice about it, and very helpful, she made the process smooth.
Product wise I really like it, it is for me the best carplay/android auto display available for bmw on the market.
I would recommend 100%

I bought the aio 6 max for bmw gs 1250, installation was very easy but at first android auto kept disconnecting over wifi. I opened a customer support ticket and after one day I got a message to download a newer fw version that fixed the disconnections. Now the product works amazing.

Device works great, I had a few issues before installing the device on my motorcycle but customer service was quick on solving my issue. Would highly recommend

I had the AIO6 LTE with cameras installed on my R1300 GSA soon after I got it and the CHIGEE has been impressive not just because it’s intuitive and works well with my BMW but it’s been reliable and quickly became just part of the bike.

Recently, when the unit didn’t recognise the cameras I put it down to something I did and checked the support pages online.

Working through the help sections I found myself at the talking to customer support phase expecting it to be frustrating and take weeks - because I’m old and cynical.

I had a reply to my query within hours and a really helpful email exchange with an actual person.

I did the checks they suggested and very soon they were sending me a new camera wiring harness which arrived within a week.

The replacement harness is now on and my AIO6 is working perfectly again, thanks to some outstanding customer support, chiefly from Vera who is an absolute star and kept in touch with me throughout.

Things break and stuff happens but this whole experience has been great, just like Vera.

Good Service! From the support team and for the fast shipment. Goods arrived on time and well packed.

Customer service was fantastic. I had to return for an issue of my doing. I received a replacement very timely. Installed and works great on my R1250GSA. I would highly recommend this company and product!

I have the aio5 lite, with tps, mounted on the 12-16mm crossbar mounting. Easily paired to my cardo pro comp unit. I had a few issues with delivery, due to being in Tasmania. The Chigee communication team were exceptional. Timely, professional, friendly communication and an excellent range of products. Will be recommending to my biker mates.
