So I got the AIO-6 as part of the kickstarter program. I could tell right away that this company was dialed in due to how they communicated on the kickstarter site. I have had the system for a while now and I would have to say that I am really impressed with it. And they keep on improving it through updates. I have been riding all my life and finally I have a set up that is nearly perfect!!! Using the AIO-6, Cardo, iPhone and a set of custom made “Tunz” stereo ear pieces. I was so impressed with the system I bought a spare AIO-6 that I stuck on my side by side to listen to music with a Bluetooth speaker. I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted fellow MC riders to be aware of this. Ride Safe

I have ordered multiple items from Chigee:
- IOS 6
- tire pressure sensors
- cameras front and back
- extra buttons
- some mounting options

Everytime that was delivered was perfect except for 1 thing that was the camera set. that came to me already used half assembled, tape already used.
I contacted them immediatly and send them pictures. I send them Friday 19th december a message and monday i already received an answer.
they proposed to send me a new unit and asked me to verify my shipping address to be sure. and then send it to me.
few days later i received a new unit all fully packaged perfectly ready for me to use.

it safe to order from chigee website and it was fast delivery. im very satisfied.

Firstly I was so angry that the device I had from chigee was suddenly causing problems with the lcd. I went to the place where I bought it and they said they had no stock to replace mine with warranty. So I wrote an angry email to chigee but to my surprise, they replied sooo quickly and shared steps on how they can help me. Within 24 hours everything was confirmed. I thought I would be a lost customer in their long list of request. But no, they made me feel like I was the number 1 issue that they needed to fix for that I’m grateful.

I installed my Chigee AIO6 Max on my motorcycle and it's truly high quality. I had a very minor issue that was resolved very efficiently by customer service.(even on Christmas Day). So quickly, in fact, that I even thought it was AI! (They confirmed it was indeed a real person! 😉) I highly recommend Chigee.

Chigee went well out their way to make sure I had a replacement as the courier company had lost my package 📦

Willing to solve my problem, really reliable

I had a problem with my chigee shutting down for no reason. I contacted customer services and through a process of elimination they pinpointed the problem to be faulty wiring. I was sent a replacement, free of charge ,which is impressive in itself, but what i was most impressed with was the way i was dealt with. I wasn't just written off when we deduced it wasn't the chigee at fault but rather a wiring problem. I was treated with nothing but respect and a genuine interest to find the problem.

I purchased the AIO-6 and love the product AND customer service. Being a newer product and needing parts at the time, they announced a short delay in shipping to me.

1. I let them know how sad I was since I had a moto trip planned and they expedited shipping to me to arrive in time!
2. They gave a discount to me anyways, due to the late shipping.
3. I had difficulty mating the CGRC module (actually simple, I was just confused) and they asked for a video from me so the engineers could help.
4. I gave them feedback on design as my module popped out of BMW holder at 35 mph (and still worked after the fall!) and they sent me a new screen protector and promised to have the engineering team look into it.

So in sum, very satisfied with the product and their customer service.

I bought model XR-2. The installation was very easy, and my Chigee works perfectly.
I had some problems connecting to chigee go app, and had to contact the support team. They are great and we were communicating back and forth until they resolved the issue. Overall, experience is 10/10.

My AIO-6 using Apple CarPlay on my BMW is brilliant.

My AIO-6 LTE leaves a bit to be desired.

I have just completed a 9000km trip of a lifetime across Australia and the Chigee Go app randomly recorded my journey. There were days it recorded my trek faultlessly and days it only partially recorded my trek.

I was in contact with the support desk over the month of riding and still am to try and resolve my issues.

I have had limited benefit of geofencing, SOS notifications or movement/theft notifications that are the features of the LTE model.

I hope Chigee will resolve this soon.
