An enthusiastic recommendation!
Our advisor at HomeEquity Bank, Ali Sultani, provided exemplary service, always answering my email questions promptly and accurately (and I threw lots of questions at him). The application-to-approval process was quite lengthy and complicated, which is understandable considering the amount of money involved, but Ali smoothed the “journey” immensely.
I’d also like to compliment Geoffrey Chenier, who handled the initial information-gathering process with us (Ali took over our file when Geoff was promoted). Geoff provided a wealth of information in the early stages, all of which would have been daunting if he hadn’t clarified every issue/question that cropped up, large or small.
Needless to say, I would enthusiastically recommend the CHIP product without hesitation.

Very Happy with CHIP Reverse Mortgage
My husband and I decided to go ahead with a CHIP Reverse Mortgage. After our first contact, we spoke to Rachele Dunn. She was very helpful in answering our questions as we weren't sure how this reverse mortgage worked. Rachele explained everything in detail with us and was always available.
We would definitely recommend CHIP to anyone thinking about doing this. There are pros and cons to it, but there is with most things. This has helped us out, financially, as we are both retired and our pensions just cover our bills. We are going to re-do our kitchen.
Thank you for helping us out. We're glad there is something like this out there for seniors. And again, thank you to Rachele for all her help.

Great Customer Service
What made our experience awesome was my agent, Marcia Marciniak. She was wonderful to work with, very professional, very organized, very helpful and very pleasant.
Our case took a lot longer than was expected due to external circumstances, but Marcia worked with us and we were able to complete our application.
I would highly recommend HomeEquity Bank for your transaction. They do a great job.
Marcia is very efficient to deal with, voice messages returned promptly, emails answered quickly....great customer service.
