Very impressed - easy to assemble. easy to use and very effective. So good, I have ordered one for our son and daughter.

I know I odered during lockdown when staffing was short but eventually my order was fulfilled and my Chipper arrived fully assembled. I think it is worth the wait and i have ordered other equipment from mow direct as they are good value.

The delivery was on Monday at 8.30 am and assembly of the unit was not the easiest as the connections were very tight. Otherwise I will reserve my comments. It seemed much heavier than I expected.

I was happy to purchase this ride on mower at a very good price and sold to me by a very good and friendly salesman.arrived today but won’t know anything much about it as to be a Christmas present but thank you.

Yes, this is a great Scarifier. Could not believe the thatch and moss collected from my lawn. It is true that the collection case is a complete waste of time. I don't know why they bothered. Even if my lawn had minimal moss to collect I don't think this would ever be big enough. In saying that the biggest I have seen offered is 55l, I don't think that would do the deed either. So just find that rake and dig out the old wheel-barrow and your off.

First class service and product appears very good at first sight. The only silly thing was the inclusion of a hard to use form of screwdriver, no need for it, just use your own proper ones,much easier!

After my initial query regarding slight transit damage to A Frieder ride on bought a few weeks ago & my one star previous review, I was contacted by a senior person who got all my issues delt with. i.e. a replacement for the damaged grass cover & a proper engine manual.

I ordered a leaf blower which arrived very quickly. It was a bit fiddly to put together but not that difficult. It works well, better on blow than on suck.

After an initial very poor show by sending a 2nd hand machine covered in scratches, dents and dirt and baisicly just left with me by a 3rd party delivery driver, email didnt arrive after ordering as they took the wrong details down (twice) they came good. Took over 6 weeks to sort after it was clear after no phone calls came or emails something wasnt right! After a couple of calls (after the damaged/poor machine got delivered) it got sorted and for all the problems they gave me an upgraded machine to make up for all the nonsense and poor service. Would have been 5 stars for sorting it out correctly in the end thank you, but that would slighlty false as it hasnt the best of sales. Sort out the communication by switchboard staff, warehouse etc and im sure customer exp would be excellent. Now at the nearly the end of october i wont actually get to use it until the spring :( The gentleman that delivered today by the way was first class, thank you

Somehow my order was lost but after a quick call it was delivered the following morning with a friendly chap all made up and put in my garden down 6 steps so very helpful indeed.

the mower looks great,although there are some minor problems with it. 1)the height mechanism would only operate on 2 heights so I had to make an adjustment to the bracket so all heights could be used, 2) the guide on starting the machine are totally wrong and i had to trial different ways of starting it. 3) when emptying the grass box it can be a pain getting the mower to to fire up straight away 4) the clutch on the mower does not seem to like slight inclines and the mower needs a push to get it started, apart from that the mower works well.

Advert said ride on mower comes complete with towing bracket following numerous calls and emails never arrived had to buy one separately costing £55.00.

Mower was good price and following they apology i would shop again with them.
