Ordering and delivery went smoothly and upon arrival the product is exactly as advertised. Self assembly was straightforward.

Well, after several attempts to get parts which werent in the box and a failed attempt by MD to replace the parts I have now given up. After several teething problems (oil in filter for the first 4 uses and resetting plug gap, starting problems) the machine now works. Pretty poor attempt at giving me the right parts, hence the 2 stars.

I bought a new Mountfield in the summer after my last machine, following many years of service, eventually failed. The advice I received was excellent and the new machine is a good step up. More importantly, the delivery to my house by Jake was so helpful and, similarly for dropping off a can of Aspen fuel. I was hesitant as they are not in Chipperfield any more, but the service was good, so no issues there. Thank you. Greg

Feider FBVE 3000 Electric Plant Shredder

The electric shredder is of a compact design, easy to assemble, quiet in operation, was reasonably priced and operates as specified. Very good value for money.

I ordered a mower for my husband. It arrived at the appointed time - no problems there. The instructions left a little to be desired - poor quality illustrations and not entirely up-to-date (I would sort that out if I were you, Chipperfield) but when I rang the company with a query tehy could not have been more helpful. Very impressed.

On viewing the website and the offers it presented I was impressed with the choice and prices, many were on a good discount.
When I first signed up as a customer the website wouldn't let me place my order but I tried placing an order the following day and was successful. The delivery arrived within a few days with no fuss.

On inspection there was slight damage to the rear roller but not enough to return the mower. Due to the weather I have only had the chance for a quick tryout but am pleased with how it worked.
