Absolutely terrible experience with Churchill.
My claim dragged on for months (nearly a year overall), with extremely poor communication throughout. It was difficult just to reach someone, emails were often ignored, and I was passed between multiple people with no clear ownership of the case.
Despite providing clear video evidence that I was not at fault, the process was delayed for several additional months while being handled by external teams, with little to no updates. In the end, the outcome confirmed what was obvious from the beginning.
The repair process was equally poor—delays due to failed quality checks, followed by substandard work that required the vehicle to be returned again. Courtesy car arrangements were inconsistent and unreliable.
Overall, the experience was frustrating, disorganised, and far below expectations.
And to be clear: I am not interested in being contacted now to “discuss” this further. There was more than enough time over many months to respond and resolve the issues properly, which did not happen.

Excellent service

My car was collected for repair at a convenient time and I was provided with a courtesy car until my own car was repaired. At all times, I was kept fully informed of how both the repairs and my claim were progressing. The staff at Churchill could not have been more friendly.

DO NOT AUTO RENEW
Auto renewal was so expensive. Asked for a discount and they gave me £64 reduction. (including reduced mileage). However, the WhatsApp service, phone and online are not really connected. So the price quoted me on WhatsApp cannot be retrieved. Ridiculous customer service. They are ok but make sure not to auto renew!
