Helpful and polite service. The operator handled my questions with knowledge and managed to match another providers premium so I stayed with Privalege for another year.

Unexpected subscription charge – not clearly disclosed
I was charged 18 EUR by Privicompras without intentionally subscribing to any membership.
At no point was it made clear that I was signing up for a recurring payment. From my perspective, this was misleading and not transparent.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I canceled the subscription and contacted them requesting a refund.
This kind of practice creates confusion and erodes trust. Users should be clearly informed when they are enrolling in a paid subscription, especially one that renews automatically.
I am currently waiting for a resolution and a refund. If this is handled properly, I will update this review.
