Good home & contents cover at a good price!
Comprehensive home & contents insurance, that covers everything I need at a very competitive price! The online process is straightforward and relatively easy to complete. Obviously this is only one part and the real test is on making a claim, but hopefully I'll never need to)!

This is my first year with Sheilas Wheels so I am limited with experience.
I was directed to them via a third party comparison site. They were not the cheapest however there defaqto rating was was higher than the cheaper quotes so overall I believe good value for money.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service – disconnected during a serious fraud report!
I am extremely frustrated with Sheilas' Wheels. I used their live chat to report a serious issue—an unauthorized insurance policy opened in my name, using my personal details without my knowledge.
As soon as I stated that the policy was opened fraudulently by a partner, the customer service representative completely stopped responding. Shortly after, the system disconnected me entirely, causing all my subsequent messages to fail to send.
Instead of helping me handle a severe case of identity and financial fraud, the agent simply abandoned the chat. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and shows a total lack of support for victims of fraud. Avoid this company if you value actual customer service and security.
