Bought the Chuug V2 in August 1924
I had bought the Chuug V2 in August 1924 and had been using it every day for diet Coke but noticed a couple of months ago that liquid was getting between the wood outer and the steel inner which tasted awfull. Then i noticed there was a V3 that addressed that problem so bought it now for Pepsi Max, now using V3 since June approx and cant fault it, again the rope handle is most comfortable and unscrewing the inner for washing is a great idea. So Chuug pronounced ( shoog ) you have made a great product..

They came very nicely packaged
They came very nicely packaged. Unwrapped the 2 of them and they are absolutely beautiful. Poured me a Beach Bum in mine and it was the best Beach Bum I have drank. Unscrewed the liner, cleaned it up and screwed it back together for the next round.

I ordered the V3 for my husband as a gift. He is a wood turner and loves his ipa special beers and likes tea for when he is fishing. He absolutely loves this. His beer stays really cold for ages in mug ( he brought it to France to use over summer) and the tea stays hot when he is fishing. He said it is comfortable to drink out of and to hold and is nicely made. Really pleased with this gift. He has high standards when it comes to stuff like this ha ha and how things are made. Thanks so much. Great item.

Order took quite a while to receive plus additional charges
Order took quite a while to receive. Quality seems good, hope mine holds up better than some reviews I've since found here. Biggest issue was the surprize $37 extra charge per mug if you live in Canada, despite it being shipped from Canada.
In the end what was undoubtedly a vanity item became unreasonably expensive given what it is. I've emailed them about the additional charge, based on the reviews I doubt I'll get a reply. Save your money....

Outstandingly beautiful!
Well, it all started when we were out back drinking whiskey. Chuck said we needed some badassed mugs to drink from. That’s when the searches started. We found Chuug, and we decided that was as badassed as it got. The selection and processing was simple. The product is as advertised, looks great, feels great and is great. If you don’t have one of these, you should just stick to drinking seltzers.
