Would 100% recommend Cinch in Derby if you are looking to buy a car. I have never been through the process of buying a car before and Joseph was really helpful and patient. After an initial complication when collecting the car I had bought and deciding it wasn't for me I choose another car from the used car centre, this was then swapped over and I left with the new car and was Happy. I also wish to make a shout out for the Lady on reception that day who looked after us Great.

When I arrived to collect my car, I didn't have to wait long. Ian Neal very patiently explained the features of the car and answered all of the questions I had.

The whole process was easy. Car was great. Ian Neal made sure car was clean, tidy and as described.

Sophie is a Miracle Worker! She was friendly polite empathetic and efficient. I called her at 0930 on a Saturday and somehow I will be collecting my new car this afternoon, and this includes a 3 hour train journey through London! The whole experience was very easy - from finding a car I was interested online, to arranging a test drive, the purchase and collection. James was really friendly and helpful during the test drive and purchase stage, and very patient in explaining everything to me, and Ian was great at the pick up, going through everything with me really thoroughly to ensure I was happy with everything and that I understood what to do if there were any issues. Would 100% recommend and use again if I needed to.

I was kept up to date in terms of buying a car right through to getting it delivered. The whole scenario was seamless right through to the driver calling me 30 mins before he was due to deliver my car.

Purchased my first car through Cinch about 4 weeks ago, Ian Neal at the store was extremely helpful and helped me through the process including taxing the vehicle before leaving. I actually had 2 warning lights pop up on the dash within 3 weeks - more of a sensor issue however Wayne and Aidan were super helpful over the phone/email and Toby the mechanic came out in his van to double check everything, replace the break switch that was causing the sensor fault and all this was covered under my free 90 day warranty which was handy. Can’t fault the guys.

I needed a replacement car with very short notice. I saw that Cinch Derby had a few variants of the car I was looking to buy so went to see them at very short notice on a Friday evening.

We arrived just after 6pm conscious that closing time was 7pm. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or welcoming. We were given a brief over view of where the cars we had in mind were parked and then left to browse.

Once I had located a car they very quickly made it available for me to test drive. After the test drive finished it was 7pm and the staff still stayed to talk me through the process and what they could and couldn't do for me. I had given them a difficult challenge for a replacement vehicle to be ready for Monday evening and I'm happy to say the team delivered.

I was blown away by the great customer service, the lack of pressure tactics and the transparency of the whole buying experience. The cherry on top was the quick turn around and getting me back on the road on Monday. I just want to say thank you to the whole team at Cinch Derby for a truly excellent customer experience. I have already recommended you to friends and family. Thanks again for going above and beyond

Just purchased my new car & part exchanged my old, the whole process was really easy & straightforward. Received a great price for my Part Ex, I had a few questions regarding the process so used the WhatsApp chat option which was great to speak to an advisor. On collection of my car, Ian Neal at the Derby branch was there to great me & made the handover super smooth and easy!
