Okay experience buying my new car, communication lacks and it wasn’t cleaned to the level I expected. But good fair price and I’m pleased with the car overall

Right car, right price right offer for part exchange. Simple, straight forward paperwork and car swap over. I was very impressed, glad I braved buying online with Cinch, great experience.

Purchased my first car through Cinch about 4 weeks ago, Ian Neal at the store was extremely helpful and helped me through the process including taxing the vehicle before leaving. I actually had 2 warning lights pop up on the dash within 3 weeks - more of a sensor issue however Wayne and Aidan were super helpful over the phone/email and Toby the mechanic came out in his van to double check everything, replace the break switch that was causing the sensor fault and all this was covered under my free 90 day warranty which was handy. Can’t fault the guys.

I needed a replacement car with very short notice. I saw that Cinch Derby had a few variants of the car I was looking to buy so went to see them at very short notice on a Friday evening.

We arrived just after 6pm conscious that closing time was 7pm. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or welcoming. We were given a brief over view of where the cars we had in mind were parked and then left to browse.

Once I had located a car they very quickly made it available for me to test drive. After the test drive finished it was 7pm and the staff still stayed to talk me through the process and what they could and couldn't do for me. I had given them a difficult challenge for a replacement vehicle to be ready for Monday evening and I'm happy to say the team delivered.

I was blown away by the great customer service, the lack of pressure tactics and the transparency of the whole buying experience. The cherry on top was the quick turn around and getting me back on the road on Monday. I just want to say thank you to the whole team at Cinch Derby for a truly excellent customer experience. I have already recommended you to friends and family. Thanks again for going above and beyond

Just purchased my new car & part exchanged my old, the whole process was really easy & straightforward. Received a great price for my Part Ex, I had a few questions regarding the process so used the WhatsApp chat option which was great to speak to an advisor. On collection of my car, Ian Neal at the Derby branch was there to great me & made the handover super smooth and easy! Staff at Chick Corby were amazing, very professional, made us comfortable and welcomed.

Everything went really smoothly, was kept in contact every stage of the way. The car was delivered to my house and the guy who delivered it was brilliant, took me through the basics on how to run it as I had not driven an automatic or electric car before.

I have never been to cinch before however the process was simple and easy We dealt with Ian and he had a lot of patience with us we asked him loads of questions and he also gave us tutorial inside the car which made the handover so simple. He also mentioned to come back and ask anything and we were more than welcome will definitely recommend buying from Cinch as customer service is their priority 😀

Website gives lots of information. Derby site was nice as well with good facilities. Staff are friendly and not pushy. The sales person, Layth, was excellent and had a great manner. We had a problem with the parking sensor and this was sorted efficiently by Darcie and Husnein after a few weeks.

Car advertised as a hybrid it wasnt...it had a completely different engine advert was false. Its cost me a day traveling a small fortune in fuel and of course road tax and insurance costs incurred beware of this company

Communication was great and arranging delivery was simple. Pretty much a stress free way of buying a car.

Buying my car through Cinch was so straightforward and stress-free. I part-exchanged my old car and got a great price and the communication was great with regular phonecalls and detailed instructions of what I needed to do with regards to tax, V5 documents etc. Zaab delivered my new car and took my old one away and was so helpful, even after his journey from Derby to Burnley in the middle of a heatwave! My new car was pristine and Zaab took time to talk me through all the features as it was the first electric car I'd had. I would 100% recommend using Cinch.
