Very fast experience

A lot more information than I thought but very easy to use an very professional site

My urgent application has yet to arrive after 13 days, I've emailed them repeatedly and the only response I've gotten was asking for my security details which they waited 5 days to then ask for again despite me responding to their request within the day. I paid double for it to be fast tracked in 1-2 days of approval and they've yet to even offer to send a replacement.

Excellent service. I needed this urgently and it arrived as promised. I had no issues and it was presented and delivered to high priority and standards

Easy and quick process

I was impressed how powerful the Citizen card is quite necessary especially in a situation to prove your age. But I was disappointed by Transport For London that they don't recognise the C/card among other requirements when applying for 60+ Oyster photo card to prove your age.

Quick process, got card within 2 days!

I wouldn't even give one star but I had to offer something just to write my review!

What a JOKE, how these people are still going I don't know.

I paid the fee upfront, sent the relevant documents and my referee's details. Comes back with they can't use my referee. Next email, they couldn't see the watermarks in my birth certificate, I send another picture, and new referee. Email comes back I need to show my marriage certificate and deed poll certificate, which may I add were sent with original application.

Re-sent those pictures with details of my new referee. Email comes back they can't verify my new referee, who has successfully refereed passports and driving licenses, along with a list including all my documentation that they have had already.

I have had enough, I'm 55 years old, I've been out of this country less than a handful of times. I don't want a passport, I have no use for one, I don't have a driving license as I have vestibular disease and can't drive, all I wanted was a form of ID.

I want my money back but looking at the other complaints it doesn't look like I will get it. Thieving waste of time, DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM.

****Avoid Avoid Avoid*** They take your money and make things impossible. I had paid upgrade for fast track. This was a year ago and they’ve had all the IDs photo referee evidence you name it. I dread opening email to get yet another we have paused the process. ! Stop delaying or refund my money. This is beyond funny now. They are refusing to give me my card and refusing to refund my money. It’s a disgrace how a company can legally operate this way.

Submitted for an ID. No issues with website. Share Code accepted. Then the emails started. First seemed like basic verification stuff, but soon got weird. Conor (agent emailing me) began asking me to repeat information in emails that I had already sent, to him via email. Then he told me I needed to send him a new share code. When I asked he said it was the wrong type (it wasn't, I checked) and then he said the one I sent had no expiration (it does). I'm not sure if the agent's actions were based in incompetence or fraudulence but I've since submitted both a complaint and refund request as this has been a very strange and suspicious series of interactions.

Ordered a new card as my card had expired …. The process could not have been easier !

Terrible service.. beware. The offering is aimed at young kids.. if you are an older person beware. The advertising on requirements is awful and the customer help non-existent. In addition they will not refund you when you find out that you cannot actually pass the requirements for verification as it can be impossible if you dont have a driving license or Passport already.

Setting it up on line was easy. The photo etc.i gave them my referees contact details (my dentist) it went ok. But I complained about how long it was taking (22days) They said they sent my referee an email indicating they need t0o ring and verify something. My application as been on hold all week and my referee has not been contacted yet. So I'm not happy. Emailed customer service. No good not interested. The whole experience as been a waste of time.

It is great I got it because I need ID to go to a show and got it within a week of starting the application. It was quick and effective. Many places (including where I am going) take the PASS cards so I assume I will have no issue with them. Great for me as I dont have a passport and don't drive.

Be warned! Applied for the pass card in good time for my son to use the ID to attend a festival confirming he was age 16. Submitted the application - 12 days later received an email informing that the photo uploaded failed verification. Emailed asking for urgent assistance to pay to upgrade to fast application due to time - initially received a reply but then took days to respond. Still waiting for the card 34 days later - event has passed. Complaints dept has replied very promptly apologising but saying this is within their terms. Would not recommend - unless applying 6 months in advance???? Total waste of money

First time online applying for CITIZEN CARD.I Thinking very hard,difficult. But very easy due to give very smoothly instructions. Well done great maintain. Every application comple done.next day I received CITIZEN CARD. Well done every link system great.

SCAM!!! AVOID!!!

You pay upfront before even starting the process. If you have any questions or queries then they take 4 working days or more to respond to each time. The Referee list may as well be void because the listed accepted referees will not actually act as one for you and decline. Don’t waste your time with this, just pay £20 to replace your license instead.
