Always easy to contact for support via the Quality Teams and Operations Team. Our Senior Business Development Manager is incredibly helpful and highly knowledgeable and will always get back to us with a solution. City and Guilds qualifications are highly thought of both within education and by the employers we work with and we know we will be well-supported. For some qualifications it would be helpful to have more teaching and training resources available and for older qualifications, content could be updated but we work with stakeholder and employers to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with industry standards.

The website is easy to use, all qualification information is easily attainable. creating a basic courses from the ground up is made easy by having structured units.
Unfortunately having structured units limits the creativity of teachers to have an holistic approach a provide a "real-world" experience.
Smartscreen is the foundation of teaching, but most teachers never adapt them and continue to teach from the same basic information.

Their website and online Walled Garden system are easy to use. We have a great relationship with our Account Manager Krishna.
