I was referred to CityRise by an old friend, who a while ago purchased a property in the UK via CityRise's Hong Kong office. I can highly recommend CityRise's Kieran Black's very professional approach to my intention to purchase an investment property in the UK, taking the time to discuss with me an appropriate investment to suit my needs.

It’s honestly been the easiest process to get what can be a stressful period of time organised. Fran was fantastic through the entire period and she made everything incredibly easy.

Being a novice in the game you will always tread with caution , after all money is at stake . I cannot recommend Demee enough. It probably took 2 months for me to make the jump and during that time Demee went at my speed . Always had good, solid advice, information at her fingertips and when I quietly went away to do my due diligence it all stacked up.

We recently invested in an off-plan apartment and have had a great experience so far. From the very beginning, Sophie has been our main point of contact, she has been very reliable thoughtout the first part of the process.

Fran worked with us from the day we secured the purchase of a rental property. As we are new landlords, Fran ensured she guided us through every step of marketing and advertising our property. Fran was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the rental business and lost no time in taking excellent photographs of our property, advising us on rents and spending plenty of time with us to answer all our questions. We were delighted to get a message that our property was live on Rightmove the next morning and potential tenants were being showed around within days. Within one week, Fran had showed several potential tenants round and we were able to go ahead with checks and secure suitable tenants to move in the week after. The whole process was very straight forward and stress-free as Fran handled everything and we felt very confident to leave it in her hands - even down to organising a gas safety check which was missing from the previous owner. We would have no hesitation in recommending, or working again with Fran!
