They can not ship out a customers complete order period , instead mailing it piece meal , I’m now waiting another week and being held up for parts I could have ordered from another supplier , if these god damn inconsidate bastards would have told me , it wasn’t in stock in Pa and had to come from Vegas , I’m am officially done with this CJ pony and so should everyone else ,this business treats their customers like shit and their orders do not matter , its time they went out of business oh and bot bullshit is totally 100% useless , only good to check order status period

I've ordered a number of parts over the year from CJ’s Pony Parts. In a recent order I received a defective part. I troubleshoot the issue with the manufacturer but still was unable to get the part to function properly. I returned the item and CJ Pony. I explained what occurred provided emails and photos of my experience. CJ Pony Parts issued a full refund. I will buy from them again based on this experience.

I called and all they said don't worry it will drop off we are sitting here on 09/28/2026 still waiting. I told them last time never do that again they hung up on me.

They add an "Entended shipping protection" charge without you knowing it. I questioned this and they said they always to it unless you de-select. Just another shady revenue stream from what used to be a descent company.

very disappointed
very disappointed. I've used CJ pony parts for years. We have several mustangs and they have been a good source.
I ordered 3 point seatbelts that are supposed to be specifically for my 72 convertible. Being a project car, when I pulled stuff out to start this I found other issues. So admittedly it took me a few months to get to this part.
Parts are all still in the package. While inspecting them I realized the mounting bolts were way too short. Took measurements and confirmed this. Also found that the mounting point would interfere with the rear window crank.
contacted cjpony parts and simply wanted to send it back for a 2 point seatbelt. took nearly 3 weeks of back and forth and they ultimately said their return policy is 60 days only... The item is still in the original package, is still on their website and I was willing to pay for any shipping costs.
I've spent over $3,100 in the last 6 months just on this car from cj pony parts alone. I literally had $7500 in my cart while I was trying to get them to help resolve this.
customer service is poor.

SCAM!!!!!
Ordered a part in May for a 5-10 business day delivery. Wasn't sent. Followed up, it was backordered for x date which was roughly 2 weeks later. Then it got moved again, and again, and again, and yet here I am in the middle of August still waiting on this part. DO NOT order from this company as it seems they are a scam and I did not check reviews before ordering.
