Eso me ha hecho buscar y ver que esta página es una posible estafa, una más de tantas que nos encontramos al día. Desde luego por si acaso no comprare.

Instead of regretting and apologizing for not providing a satisfactory shopping experience, why not try offering me a full refund? Instead of shifting some of the responsibility for having a terrible logistics partner onto me...
Another option you have to earn my satisfaction and allow me to forgive you is to offer me a new shipment of the products offered free of charge.
I remind you that the purchase was approximately €65.00, and you have forced me to accept a 20% loss of that amount without receiving anything in return.
If your company were serious, you would offer me a valid alternative to ensure my satisfaction, instead of apologizing and offering nothing in return.
This is more the attitude of pirates than a serious company that seeks customer satisfaction.
Future buyers beware! You won't see in this post that CKLinen has offered a satisfactory solution for the customer... You will only see apologies from a bad seller.

Total Scam
This Web Site and Business is a total sham. The pictures are no where near accurate and are modified to say the least. The junk they sell is pure garbage. Low quality is an understatement. The items look nothing like what they show and are of the poorest quality. Avoid this company at all costs. Buyer Beware is an understatement. We had to threaten them with a lawsuit and it took months to finally get a refund after paying to return the crap that was ordered. In todays world of customer satisfaction and quick turn around times they suck!

The clothes are complete trash. Size XXXL is a Small. Size Small is an XL. The shipping took over a month and a half. The return policy is a joke. I had to call my CC company and dispute the charge. NEVER BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS!

The experience was horrible. The products are of very low quality and look nothing like what is shown on the website. Moreover, this is clearly a fraudulent operation.
I spent over a month contacting their support team to obtain the return address, but they either did not respond or provided vague and evasive answers. Once I finally received the address, I returned the product. More than a month has now passed, and I still have not received a refund. Instead, they continue to provide evasive responses in an apparent attempt to avoid processing the refund.

I ordered two Christmas robes that by the pictures appeared to be thick linen material with embroidered designs on it. When they finally came, it was cheap material with died prints on it that weren’t even worth using as rags…. A total rip-off!!!!

I should have done my homework 😔 I thought by giving them a month to send my product it would be plenty of time, but I only received half the order. None of the items that did arrive did I receive in time for Christmas. I have been in communication with them since Christmas and have yet to receive a refund or the missing products. Basically the other half of the order never arrived and I never received a refund for it.
Only one of the items was I truly happy with. The other materials were not at all liked. They were perceived online.
It's a shame cuz it'll ruin it for all other companies since there's so many scams out there 😔
