Ordered three dresses for my wife for Christmas. We celebrated early this year due to family travel; when she opened them, she loved them except that one was slightly small. We asked to exchange the dress and were told they don’t do exchanges after the 30 days. I get the policy but when you’re shipping from China and people outside of that country are planning to use these for gifts in a celebration, they need to be more understanding especially since sometimes these items take a month to clear customs. We loved the dresses but were so disappointed by the customer service that we won’t be ordering from them again.
Update:
The company did reach out to me and offered to refund the order, which was accepted. I do understand and appreciate the purpose of a return/exchange policy, but hope some acceptance around the holidays becomes a bit more understood and acknowledged. My wife did love the dresses and we will be placing another order.

The fit and quality was awful. Returned it using their return address sent to me and claim they never received it. Post office provided receipt of delivery which I sent to them, but now they are telling I have prove it’s there?!? I opened a dispute with AMEX and they’re working on it. Next stop is making a formal complaint with US postal inspector for fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Do not buy from this company if you expect any sort of convenient return process. You have to email them with order info they obviously have on file and once you’ve done that you get an email asking for the same info AGAIN! With a 30d time window for returns, and no time to deal with return BS I will choose elsewhere. The dress itself had potential but just didn’t fit right.

I'm sad to see all these negative reviews. I ordered a dress in August and it arrived in 8 days. I didn't realize from the photos that it had a lace up back, but as it turns out, that feature ensured a custom, tailored fit for this beautifully made, fully-lined dress. It's my new favorite dress and I receive many compliments on it. I ordered two more dresses and a coat. And no, you won't get your item tomorrow...they are not Amazon, but thus far, the items I've ordered were worth the wait.
I bought a dress for a wedding. One dance in the sleeve ripped and the zipper broke. For $150 I hoped this dress would last longer than 30 minutes into a wear.

I am trying to return them, but after reading the reviews on here I am skeptical about having a positive experience with the return. I've been waiting for ages for my parcel to arrive to Germany. Now by pure chance I discovered on 17track that my parcel is in a DHL Packstation but in the DHL app there is neither a notification of the whereabouts of the parcel nor a QR code for me to pick it up. I am at this point not even sure if linenvibes might be a scam, I paid a lot of money for a single dress that I found absolutely gorgeous but the headache it costs me getting it is rarely worth it. The customer support however is helpful but takes forever to answer. In my case this might be when the time span in witch I am able to pick up the parcel already ended. Good job :(
Update: after lots of phone calls and e-mails with DHL and Linenvibes I was finally able to pick up the parcel. The customer service was surprisingly good, even though the dress unfortunately did not fit, Linenvibes helped me with the return pretty quickly. They proofed to be a legit shop with beautiful dresses (of course I do not hold Linenvibes accountable for the not fitting dress). I will for sure consider buying another dress in the future :)

I ordered two dresses on May, 25th. After three weeks, I still didn't receive my order, so i reached out to the "support" and got the option to cancel it and get the money back which I agreed on. But no money was sent. On June 19th, the dresses were finally delivered. But after that long period of time (and the poor quality) I have no purpose keeping them. I tried to contact linenvibes several more times but now, I get no answer anymore and the money is probably gone forever.
As you can read, my experience with them is an absolute nightmare and I warn you not to order there.

I placed an order on May 7. I finally received the dress on June 20th. It was too big. I am trying to return it. Policy says no returns after 30 days. It is now July 3rd and Ive tried to contact them 3x with no reply. Do not order from this company!
UPDATE: The company reached out and assured me that they will be sending me a return label within the required time.

I was searching for a dress for a special occasion and came across this site. The dresses looked fabulous, and feeling down at the time, I purchased 5 dresses because I couldn't decide and loved them all. I did not receive any purchase confirmation, and after a week I went online to look for reviews. Those were basically all negative. Panicked, I tried to find any record of my purchase. I ended up going into my internet history and pulled up the page with the order. It had my order number and I contacted them asking for a refund. They responded the next day, offering a discount if I decided not to cancel. I refused and asked for the refund. Two days later, the credit appeared on my card. So while I can't speak for the merchandise or order time, the refund was no problem at all.
Beautiful dress right out of the box. Fit was perfection. Received many compliments.

Have requested a refund twice and they keep sayings “here’s a ten percent discount for you next order” like i’d ever shop from them again. Never received anything… lost my money. 100 percent scam.
