We would like to clarify our policy: at present, we do not support exchanges, only returns. All eligible items (excluding swimwear, underwear, panties, bags, accessories, bikinis, and bras) can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

According to the tracking information, your parcel was delivered on November 10, and you contacted us on December 12. By that time, the 30-day return window had unfortunately expired, so under normal circumstances we are unable to process a return.

Your order was placed on November 1 and successfully delivered on November 10, which is within our normal standard shipping time frame. Based on this timeline, there was no delivery delay associated with this order.

After reviewing your order, we’d like to clarify that on May 27, 2025, we responded to your initial inquiry, asking whether you would like to wait for the items or cancel the order. However, we did not receive a reply until June 16, by which time both packages had already shipped, and unfortunately, cancellation was no longer possible at that stage. You mentioned that you replied on May 27 to cancel, if you still have that reply, could you kindly provide a screenshot for our records? It would help us understand what may have gone wrong.

On June 19, we received an email from you, but it did not mention a return request. It wasn’t until June 29 that you clearly stated you’d like to return. We responded to that request with an email asking for more information about the items you wish to return and the reason, but it appears you may not have received our message.
