Placed my order 8am Friday morning paid for 24hour tracked delivery, heard nothing until the following Monday morning, then they couldn't tell me when my order was going to arrive, I could have bought the same levers from ebay and had them sooner without paying the extra for 24 hour deluvery

Bought a replacement brake blade, was decent price, was shipped quickly, and could track the order through shop.com. No issues whatsoever.

Great original product fast dispatch would use again

Needed to replace a sheared bolt attaching the rear brake Clarke disc brake calliper on my grandsons bike.
Found the required bolts straight away on the Clarkes website ordered them and they arrived in 4 days. Very good service.

Absolutely a first class service and experience. Following a simple little mixup not just did I get an email but also a phone call from David and in less than 24 hours the product was in my Workshop & being fitted to my customers bike . . .

I bought their Clarks M4 Hydraulic brakes and they were faulty from the start.. They do NOT self adjust so as the pad wears the handle hits the bar.

At that point the pads were not even half used!

Totally un-usable, no reply on their whatsapp or email or online form.. Very bad company.

Refilled and Rebled, even though they said done in the factory, same problem...

AVOID this company and their brakes..

Trying to obtain some replacement parts for Clarks mechanical disc brakes but the website lists parts only for hydraulic brakes.
I've sent two messages via their contact page, one direct e-mail and one message via their Facebook page but have not even had an acknowledgement.
So...hoping Clarks do read reviews - happy to regrade the review if I get some response.

Parcel turned up damaged due to Royal Mail. Contacted them via email and they sent me a new one out straight away. Even threw in a few extra bits for me,

I bought my son a bike from Halfords with Clarks brakes on. Being the age he is we have had a few accidents and broken the odd bit here and there. Clarks spares service is excellent and made life easy for me. I had to bleed brakes recently, I have never done this before and most bike shops closed near me. I used Clarks video to learn how to do it which I thought was great and gave me confidence to do it myself. Got a kit off amazon specifically for Clarks and worked out great. So well done Clarks

Excellent advice and support when I was seeking to resolve brake rub issue, in relation to a hydraulic system. Specifically, it was following the purchase of a brand-new bike and after the technician had suggested that the brakes required time to bed in.

I wanted some small spare parts for some obsolete hydraulic brakes. Jamie in the Customer Service team could not have been more helpful or communicative. with my queries. Top stuff, thank you, Jamie.

I needed a small part that I couldn't find anywhere in the shops or online.

Within 30 seconds a call to the distribution warehouse, they sorted me out.

Got in touch with Clarks after having trouble sourcing disc brake pads for my bike, turns out the system I've got is discontinued and parts are no longer available.
Jamie, the guy who I was dealing with, said it was possible that being discontinued there may be some pads sitting around in the warehouse that were collecting dust somewhere and he'd have a look.
He was right! He found 3 sets of pads that will fit my system and promptly sent them to me.
Some companies would have fobbed me off with 'they're discontinued so can't be sourced' but this guy went that extre mile and actually had a dig around and found the ones I needed.
This will keep my bike on the road for a good few years now instead of having to retire it, so I have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars for consumer service.

I'd purchase the C4 caliper set and the olives and inserts were missing, I emailed the support team and they replied really promptly and sent a whole bag of spares by first class post excellence service
