Great service. My sons bike lost a bolt and Jamie sent this out to us the next day.

Contacted support on their website regarding my brake bleed ports not having any seals and they sent me lever bleed bolts with seals and calliper bleed bolts with seals free of charge.

i had bought an m3 brake system and wanted to undo the bolts on my brake lever bracket but one of them snapped at the head so i contacted clarks and they sent them first class in the post the next day without charge first class service would reccommend this company to anyone a special thanks to jamie

In July 2022 I completed my first self-build, on a tight budget, and I chose the Clarks M2 brakes. Firstly, especially considering the price point; the stopping power is awesome. I'm riding XC on a TREK Procaliber, at times 'rather exhuberantly' and in all weather, and the M2's have been reliable and confidence inspiring at all times.
The brakes were easy to install and have been easy to maintain, spare olives and inserts were supplied for hose shortening, the reach adjust is a massive plus and replacement pads have been easy to find.

Just recently, the rear brake developed a small problem. I investigated and tried to remedy within the limitations of my skills and knowledge but to no avail, and so I emailed Clarks with a description of the fault and symptoms, asking for help with the diagnosis and repair.
I received a prompt and friendly reply from Jamie whom was able, not only, to identify the cause, but also inform me of the spare parts and tools I would need to complete the job. The entire interaction was professional yet personable, highly productive and completely satisfactory to say the least.

If the price, quality and performance of the brakes didn't make me grateful I chose Clarks (they did), then the Customer Service certainly did! ~Highly Recommend~

I managed to lose an important retainer for my Clarks M2 brake calipers , i contacted them and Jamie contacted me , understood my problem and sent out replacements same day , Clarks supply a lot of bike companies with components and its good to know they are 100% committed to customer service , thank you Jamie

Got a set of the new CRS C4 brakes for my sons Surron LBX. I wasn’t sure at first but they’re definitely a huge upgrade over the standard brakes. After a couple months we had an issue with the rear calliper losing pressure. I was looking to buy a spares/rebuild kit so I contacted the service team at Clark’s. Bad news was there aren’t many spares on the market yet but the good news was they were willing to fully replace the rear calliper under warranty! Cannot fault the service I’ve received, Jamie has been more than helpful with everything. Thanks! 10/10

I bought some Clarks M3 caliper brakes and for the price point the quality was outstanding. What also makes a product outstanding is the after sales service. I lost one of M3 brake lever calliper bolts but was able to find out what I needed on the Clarks website. I emailed Clarks on a Sunday night and got a helpful response from Jamie @ Clarks who helped me obtain a replacement screw for my Clarks M3 brake lever. I received the replacement parts on the Tuesday.That is what you call great service and a superb mantra that Clarks Brakes have - so a big thank you for the product and the service it was much appreciated

Recently I needed a replacement bleed nipple bolt for my clarks m3 rear brake. I emailed and was replied to very quickly by a very helpful guy called Jamie. He sent me 2 bolts free of charge! and they arrived the next day! I now have my m3 brake working perfect again (after I shortend the hose but I rounded the bolt off with my damaged torx tool) Thanks again fantastic company and easy to communicate with!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Clarks. Very good communication and they present themselves as a company that cares about their customers, no matter how small. I recently emailed Clarks (Jamie) to enquire about the correct brake hose to use for their C2 hydraulic brakes, as I wanted to lengthen the front hose. Not only did I receive a quick response, but they also informed me I would need specific size bleed nipples, which Jamie sent out to me at no cost.

Very helpful customer service, sent replacement parts when the first ones didn't arrive even though it was the Royal Mail's fault and not theirs. Very quick response and resolution.

My wife recently bought a second hand bike. The brake pads needed replacing so I replaced the brake inserts in the Clarks brake shoes. The previous owner must have overtightened the screw on the front shoe as the dished location washer broke in half. As i didn't have a replacement i contacted Clarks and a very helpful person called Jamie – Clarks UK Distribution Centre located some spares for me. A supreme example of good customer service, rather than forcing me to purchase further items, he enabled me to complete my task without spending further money. Well done Clarks.

Contacted clarks support after some replacement parts for my sons calipers and Jamie responded straight way and my replacements arrived the following day.

The same day Jamie replied & resolved my problem by offering to send the part for no charge.
Part arrived the next day.
