The ladies three ladies who came to clean my flat were friendly and professional.
The flat was well cleaned. They were flexible to accommodate one day notice booking. I’m giving 4 stars because they sprayed too much product all over my flat.

Really terrible experience with this company. They charged £200 to do an end of tenancy clean on a one bed apartment. The check out report noted that the apartment fell short of a “professional clean” standard citing specific areas such as the toilet and the oven. When we contacted the operator of this company (Alex) he assured us that they would return to the property to bring the clean to a professional standard. Despite a month of chasing him, including numerous calls and emails, they never showed up nor did they provide a refund. The most disappointing aspect of our experience was not the poor quality of the cleaning, but dealing with a person so clearly lacking in integrity and honesty. I would recommend not touching this company, no matter how desperate you are.

Terrible service. Cleaners did not turn up after we booked on the phone for end of tenancy cleaning. Rang many times, the person on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend.

Did not carry out full end of tenancy clean, did not turn up come back to do followup, cancelled staff without letting me know, really giving a problem for new tenants moving in. The cleaners that did come were excellent, but the sales/ service were bullying and hostile. Only use if desperate.

SCAM - never arrived. Said they would call me and didn’t then ignored calls/emails all day.

Horrendous customer service, flat was only half cleaned which is contrary to the advertised 'end of tenancy' cleaning service that we paid £270 for. Completely robbed, do not give this 'company' your money. We've been harrassed by the manager and other employees via whatsapp, they refused to complete the works or part refund us, and they were generally aggressive in dealing with us. Unsurprisingly, a flood of 5* reviews poured in when we took issue with their work...

Booked an EOT cleaning service for a 1bed room flat, quoted at 165pounds for a total of 3 hrs cleaning service. They agreed to provide the service at 16:00 on the day. At around 4 pm, the cleaner said they were in a car accident and delayed till 19:30, finally arrived at 20:00. The team leader inspected the flat, said it was too dirty, and 350 pounds for 3-4 hours of cleaning service. I kindly refused their service on the spot for this sudden jump of unreasonable aggressive change of price.
Alex, the main contact for the booking later on send me a personal bank detail for the full price cancellation fee. As I have not agreed to the increased price for any of their services, I refused to pay obviously. Alex, then threaten to serve me a court order and take me to high court for the cancellation of their service.
This is absolutely ridiculous, I await his court order if there is any basis for his claim.
Although I haven't paid this man any of my money, the ridiculous delay and unprofessionalism of their team cost me time and effort.

I contacted this company online saying that I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat which needs an end of tenancy cleaning including carperts in the two bedrooms, Alex quoted 285 pounds and asked me to pay full amount before work starts. On the day of cleaning, Adrian (07534803188) called me saying the flat is too dirty and they need to charge 700 pounds. I have no problem if they charge different fees depending on the status of the property. However they had never mentioned that 285 pounds is just an estimate and the actual costs could be significantly higher. After I paid them extra 415 pounds which was paid to a person's bank account, not a company account, two cleaners worked from 2pm to 730pm on that day, so total 11 hours. After they left, as I was not in the UK, my neighbour kindly checked the flat for me. There were pen marks on the cupboard which they claimed they could not get rid of. My neighbour kindly cleaned it for me and her words are it does not look like they tried. A painter was also working on that day but he finished all the painting and left a little bit earlier than the cleaners. There are some paint marks left on the floor. The cleaners claimed that they dont clean the paint marks. For the special carpert cleaning, they claimed that there were oils and markup on the carperts and nothing they can do. I asked them to go back to finish what they have not finished but no reply so far.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Booked for a move in clean, barely did anything. Broke a tile in our bathroom. I complained and no discount or apology offered. The owner 'Alex' is downright rude. Please don't waste your money! I booked an end of tenancy clean also for a date but had no confirmation email on this and they showed up on the day before and now demanding £300.

The company is dudgy. Stay away! Alex is the guy I was in contact with to do the booking and etc.
He never gave me an invoice but instead he sent someone’s bank details and asked me to make the payment before the cleaning is done!
The girls were fine and did the job properly. On the day of booking I asked Alex if he gives me a receipt by the end of the job so I can provide it to the estate agent which he agreed to provide one.When the job was done I called Alex and asked for the receipt and he said within the next 10 mins you’ll receive it.
I texted him after a few hours. He didn’t reply. Called him, got rejected. The following day he texted and said it’d be sent in an hour which never happened. The company seems to be a tax evader so better not no deal with them.

Be very weary of this "company" and check before paying. They have in defrauded us of £240 with no sight of the cleaning works. My partner and I were initially pulled to their instant chat, and they Said to me that Alex (aka- ALEXANDRU RAZVAN MOLDOVAN )would call me to arrange the cleaning service, which he did. I had a 2 bedroom property in Raynes park that needed an end of tenancy clean. Alex was able to book me in on a Monday. Sunday night he messaged me to say I would need to pay upfront (which surprised me as I had never paid a cleaner up front, but Im a new landlord , so thought it may be the way things are done.) When I recieved the emailed invoice from Sara M for £240 I noticed that it was being paid into a personal bank acount which made me question it, but Alex sent many messages to say that they had been opperating like this for years, and sent me a list of reviews.
Every Day Alex had another reason why the team were not there to clean. I was having huge anxiety because of the fact that I had paid this man under the promise of a 5 star rating, whish he sent me. By COP Wednesday 3 full days of Lies later, I had contacted the Banks fraud department who said that the company does not even exist at companies house, which means they are not paying business tax and are taking cash in hand payments. Im now further investigating them with actionfraud.police.org . Im also trying to understand how they have a 5 star rating when they must have clearly done this to others. I have copies of the invoice and the text messages, I just have no way of attaching them as evidence on this review.
If I get ever get a response and my money refunded I will remove my negative review, but I have a feeling it won't be happening, so if I save a few other families from making my mistake that may be the only karma they can receive. Any come back saying I have been refunded is not true, because there would be no need to further investigate or leave a negative review if I had been refunded. I welcome a text reply to previous messages with a copy of the refund statement. To date 09.06.2021, nothing has been received

After already transferring £200 for the cleaning service and an hour into the work we were advised we had to pay an additional £50. They sent through photos of calcification on the joints of the taps and dust on the water pipes in the laundry. I think that should be expected as part of any place a person lives in and part of the cleaning cost. If I could share photos with you you would understand how ridiculous this is. We feel like we have been extorted.

Terrible cleaning quality, lead cleaner was rude and unhelpful, and employees lack overall professionalism. So many hidden charges too. What a joke of a company.

Booked an end of tenancy clean, after being cancelled by them twice because they had an “accident”, I was told they would arrive at 1pm the following day; they didn’t turn up until 7pm. Upon arrival I received a call to say that they didn’t want to do it because there was too much to do. The property had been emptied of rubbish, excluding a dustpan size in one corner of the lounge. I had instructed for 2 of the 3 bedrooms to have carpet cleaning which had minor marks from my baby’s milk bottle. I had requested an oven clean and they said as it was a double oven they didn’t want to do it. They refused to clean the fridge as there was some salad leaves in the salad tray. We had filled some tv bracket holes and sanded, which they stated was a refurb. They then tried to increase the cost of works from £280 to £450. To arrive to and of tenancy clean 6 hours late, following 2 cancellations by them, to then try and increase the cost of work to such an extent, is robbery. They basically arrived too late to do the clean after a days work and couldn’t be bothered, they would have rather arrived to an already cleaned property and done some light dusting for nearly £300. Avoid this company, they are a complete waste of time, I wish I had already seen the previous reviews as I wouldn’t have booked them if I had. Useless to say the least, and only cause more stress to moving home.

SCAMMERS! Avoid this at all cost. I booked them for end of tenancy cleaning service and they did NOTHING and will not give me refund. Such liars. Now I have to pay for a new cleaning service.

Bad experience

After cleaning, my carpets on the landing are worse off than they initially were before cleaning. Bad spots and blotches especially in the landing area. The reason is they left too much excess water which took too long to dry. I'll now need to cover these up with runner rugs until I can call out another cleaning service.
