Your ad did not match up with all the information you send on E-mail after we purchase. I felt that you got us in then give all these reasons that we might not see results, because of what we are doing wrong.

Buyers beware...this company does not make it easy to see that it is an auto-shipment basis. As a matter.of fact, I had NO idea that I was in an auto-shipment until I recieved another shipment WITHOUT my permission.

Since I been ordering from them I always get what I ordered in a timely manner never long I just love their products

Love the product but my subscription was overcharged 2 months ago. ago, and when I questioned why, they canceled it. Got it reinstated but the overcharge persisted. It was removed yet not without me challenging it again. Hope that does not recur. Otherwise, product seems good quality and shipping is consistent.

Now that you are delivering straight to my house and not by USPS, I am getting my medicine much faster and on time. I won't be missing any more doses. Thank you

Simple process of buying what I needed

Don't know about the product yet, but using USPS for shipping is very "C team". They are SLOW and EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE. I literally have less faith in the product already. Character extends to all facets of your business and any one is a direct reflection on the others

I dont care how many people have positive reviews. This isnt one of them. For starters the product I tried to buy was advertised as 24.98 with buy one get one for a valentines day sale. Upon checking my bank statement they billed me 49.95. I reached out to customer service and stated I no longer wished to keep the order since they wouldn't honor the advertised price. The worker stated he'd place a ticket and the order would be cancelled and id be refunded. It has been 5 days and not a single person has responded about this. I have contacted back multiple times and am being ignored. It doesn't take almost a week to respond. I guess I will have to dispute it with my bank. No refund. Nothing shipped. Just straight robbed me. When you call they dont even pick up like a business would. Just hello like a regular phone call.

Edit to Update: I am a legitimate customer. To say this is associated with another company is false. It is Clean Nutra. I found them through a Facebook ad for a valentine's day special. The 49.95 they charged me wasn't even advertised. The ad stated it was on sale 50% off with a buy 1 get 1 promo. No where did this state you'd be paying full price and get 1 free. It was a 50% off sale so to say its 24.98 each for 2 does not add up to 49.95. If you check the website the original price of the product is 49.99. I called them within minutes of the order being placed stating I wished to cancel and I'd like a refund. No way order shipped because it was right after when I realized what had happened. I also followed up with a contact us inquiry. The next day the agent who responded stated the prices being "confusing" asked me how I would like to proceed. I wasnt confused. I know how it was advertised and final checkout page showed 24.98 but when I hit submit suddenly the price is 49.95 and thats what I was billed. Mind you I had already stated upon reaching out immediately I'd like to cancel and receive a refund. No one responded for 5 straight days to my reply stating for the 2nd time id like to cancel and receive a refund. I sent multiple emails inquiring and not so much as a single response in that time. I began doing research on the company when I found trust pilot and others negative reviews. What I find odd is I had to make this review and follow up calling them yet again to receive a response about what I had originally requested. Still that wasn't even done. Upon someone finally responding the order was shipped which I never received any confirmation. Why did it ship? I reached out within minutes of order placed requesting to cancel and refund. Now its on the way and im supposed to wait by my door to catch when it gets delivered so I can "refuse" delivery, wait for it to be sent back and then I will "receive a refund". I do not believe this due to being ignored when order should of never shipped to begin with and I was ignored in my responses until I made this review. 5 straight days I couldn't receive a response, no confirmation the product was shipped but when this review goes up they were real quick to respond and claim they have no record of me. Who goes around making reviews of false experiences? This was my experience and theyre trying to invalidate it. Based on provided info I know for a fact you can find my actual order placed along with my 10 emails and several calls about this order because the female agent I spoke to just yesterday had no problem finding me then. Very disappointed with this business how they handle customers. 😕 I wasn't even asking them to honor the "confusing price" I simply stated id just like to cancel and from there I was ignored til I called repeatedly and made this review. Now there is interaction. So I guess I was supposed to just wait for a package I didn't know was coming so I couldn't refuse it and just swallow the 50 bucks they charged me. Not a coincidence I received no response til there is a true negative review for the world to see. Now they want to respond quickly smh.
