I ordered thyroid bloom from clean Nutra on February 4 still have not received my order when asked about it didn’t get a complete answer or any resolving of issue. It sucks that you have to write a review that is negative to getting results from companies.

Horrible customer service!
First off I clicked a promotional ad that was for buy 2 get 2 free and after check out I received an order confirmation showing only 1 bottle ordered. I couldn't find anywhere to cancel the order so I emailed support and used a message board on the website. Then I called and talked to someone that said they would have someone reach out to me. A few days later I got an email saying it had already shipped and that I could send it back but still pay for shipping even thou the ad I clicked on said free shipping. Then I get a notification that the item was delivered and photos from the driver showing a picture of my address and then a front door to someone else's house where the package was sitting on the doorstep. When I emailed support again saying I did not get the package they instead sent me a shipping label to send back the unopened bottles that I never received in the first place. This product came highly recommended but I will be sure to let others know what a terrible experience this was and that the website is set up in a way to trap people into subscriptions they didn't want. If you want to fix this issue then refund me 100% of my purchase and change your website to allow someone to cancel their order before it ships.

I wish there was a flavorless version. This is too sweet and overwhelms the taste of any beverage I mix it in. Otherwise I hope it is providing the support my body needs.

I have never received my order
UPDATE: The company has replied and resolved the issue quickly. I have received a replacement order and am looking forward to trying the product. Thank you for helping to resolve this issue.
I have never received my order. Even though I received a notification that my order had been delivered. It was not stolen as I would’ve been able to verify that from my outdoor cameras.I verified on the order form that they had my correct address. I’ve made multiple attempts through email and the website as well as Facebook messenger to reach the company and have yet to receive any reply. I’m beginning to wonder if this is a scam company, if not, their customer service is nonexistent. I’ve also not been able to find a phone number for this company.
