Wow a company that does what it says on the tin. I ordered 3 polycarbonate sheets cut to size, they were delivered in three days and at the stated time. I am very pleased with the quality and finish and they replaced the old broken ones perfectly. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing materials.
Oh and I nearly forgot ,I looked around for a week and couldn't find them any cheaper anywhere.!

Delivery was most efficient and prompt. All materials were in good condition and fitted perfectly

I was replacing old roofing to our patio bbq canopy. The website offers easy to understand listings regarding sizing, fixing etc. The whole lot was delivered on the second working day after ordering. I'm very pleased I ordered from Clearamber, top quality materials and the finished job is everything I hoped for.

This company are fantastic. AI tracking, ridiculously fast delivery. The quality of their products are superb and free delivery. I’m very happy we did our entire veranda and conservatory and spent over £2k

Keep away from this company. I had my goods been delivered. I used some of the items. I was called for a kidney transplant and stayed in hospital for 3 weeks. I left hospital to recover at home. I asked to return few items and they said I missed the deadline by two weeks. So they can’t accept any return. I have all the necessary documents to prove them I was in hospital recovering from the transplant. They don’t want to know and refused any return. No compassion or deep awareness of the suffering of others.No star should be given.

Easy to find what I needed online. My order was delivered promptly and I was kept informed of the delivery date.

Made an order in early June 2026; asked for a return within the allotted timeframe. It's now August and still no return.

The driver who came to pick up the items didn't have the right-size van, and then the next driver turned up when I was at work without any notice.

The items are quality built, but delivery happens without notice, and returns are non-existent.

I keep bouncing around customer service representatives Charlotte and James (if they are real) with no end in sight for a resolution to my return.

EDIT: 3rd pickup attempt (05/08/2026) from Clear Amber; still not notified that it was happening. This time, the wife was in, and they sent an even smaller van! Feels like I need to call Rip Wheeler!

Time to replace some cheaper corrugated clear roofing that I’d got from a large DIY store.
Came across the Clear Amber site and ordered their storm proof clear corrugated roofing. Ordering and paying was easy and delivery was reasonably quick. Delivery time wasn’t advised but as we are in Scotland could understand. Arrived well packaged and complete. Roofing panels are good quality although flexible enough to help easy installation. So far (as haven’t finished the project) no complaints and will be using Clear Amber for future projects.

I ordered roofing at the start of July and got no delivery updates, despite their website stating a 2–5 day delivery window. When I chased them, the best they could offer was “whenever a driver is free” which is basically their way of admitting they have no system, no schedule, and no clue.

I cancelled the order and have been chasing my refund ever since. First I was told it would be processed on 24 July, and now, days later I've now been told 5–7 days. At this point it’s not a delay it’s total incompetence.
This company is an absolute circus. Zero professionalism, zero reliability, and communication skills that barely qualify as human.

SO MANY ISSUES.
First, delivery: No communication of delivery date or window, despite all comms assuring us this would be provided. They just showed up one day. Luckily we were home to take receipt of the very large packages.
Second, wrong product sent: We rechecked what we ordered just in case it was our error... nope, definitely the wrong product. Opaque black roofing panels instead of clear pvc.
Third, and worst part, no way of reaching customer service to try to rectify. No telephone number. They _say_ they have live chat, but we've been trying to get an answer for hours. Initial response acknowledging our message, then silence for hours.
We had everything prepped, set aside a full day today to build our roof, opened our package and realised we can't do any of it. Plus all the time/effort we will expend dealing with their mistake and trying to get a refund/waiting on new products. Terrible (seemingly nonexistent) warehouse QA processes, and TERRIBLE customer service.

Bought poly carbonate panels and glazing bar and screws.
All good except the glazing bar was bent like a banana so kept popping out eventually had to glue and scew it down, no offer of a refund to date so 3 stars for me.

The range of products is very good and enabled me to do what I wanted . Quality is excellent and prices are good. Delivery was by their own delivery truck-and the parts were handled with care. I have recommended Clear Amber to friends and neighbours.

I placed my order on line and it said it will be delivered within 2-5days . My order arrived within 3 days. This is the company I like to deal with. Excellent customer service.

Quality, engagement, delivery first rate

I used this company because I wanted clear polycarbonate to replace my glass on the greenhouse roof, I chose the 4mm thickness and ClearAmber cut my panes to my exact size. Very happy with the result.
