Clearance King Reviews

Terrible customer service and unresolved order issues – avoid!

I placed an order (#11000041015) with Clearance King, but received an incorrect product (Bloome Perfumes Glass Candle - Large - Wild Raspberry instead of the Cotton Fresh candles we ordered) alongside a missing quantity.

I contacted their customer support immediately back in July, and while they acknowledged it was their internal error, a full month has now passed and the issue is still completely unresolved. Despite multiple follow-ups asking for return instructions and the correct items to be sent out, customer service has completely gone quiet.

Very disappointed with the lack of accountability and poor communication. We expected much better service from a wholesale supplier.

Terrible their website claims fast delivery and for 30 pounds you would expect it to be fast however a week after ordering it's still not been dispatched.. I order from many suppliers 11.50 next-day shipping even with orders over 5k.. Don't even waste your time trying to contact them they don't respond.. If this is your idea of running a business pack up and go home because you're not going to last long... Go elsewhere guys!

Good selection of products but delivery charges are way too high. And delivery takes ages. Won't be using them again. If you're going to charge such high prices for delivery at least provide a decent service.

The team were so helpful. I was able to speak to the team before placing my order and say I really needed it within a few days as that would be the only time I could receive the order. At around 3pm Tuesday Khan told me that he will Try his best to get the order sent out to me by Wednesday. To my joy it arrived Wednesday 11am. Thank you!

DPD failed to pick up my delivery from Clearance King, so the owner of the business personally dropped off my order. Amazing service!

Had a really positive experience with Clearance King, DPD failed to collect a delivery from them for us, so the owner of the business got in his car and dropped it off personally. Good guy.

Michelle was very helpful when I paid too much into their account.
Great service

Great products at great prices, delivered before estimated time as well so great service.

I’ill never use this company in future It’s a big scam for online buyersThis happened to me 2nd time because 1st time I bought about £700 worth items they neither sent me stock nor my refund then I complained and gave my refund after one year
I ordered 2nd time My 3 boxes were missed in delivery Which I paid for them but they are not accepting it and didn’t give me refund I’ill give customer service in -ve rating Never order from them you’ill be robbed

This company has jumped on the brexit bandwagon there delivery for one parcel was £35 now £65 to £80 , almost most company's free after £250 spend absolutely shocking after ready to check out with nearly £700 in my basket and they wanted £60 pound delivery, good reviews are only from locals picking up for free from the warehouse will not be looking at there website again wasted hrs picking my items to be shocked at the delivery never bought considering

I’ve recently made a purchase online which was delivered without issue & more recently placed an order over the phone.
On the second order I opted for collection & was pleased when I was advised that I could collect that same day as I was on other business in the area.
I dealt with Shaz who was particularly helpful & great on the phone when I placed my order.
Keep up the good work, if folks need to collect on the same day try your best to accommodate them, allowing me to do this saved me a great deal of time.

There were 2 item shortage he said on next order he will add. He didn't add plus he asking it was one item short again on new order. As I believe he is trying to play smartly.

Filled an overseas order with debit card, but never got neither receipt, nor order confirmation.
On contact with "customer service" they claim that they don't even allow purchase with card from outside the UK and thus cannot dispatch order. Nevertheless the money remain withdrawn from my account, and they are not willing to refund, nor supply evidence of rejection from the bank. (A US residing mailbox bank).
This is clearly a scam, and I will be reporting the issue to the proper authorities.

First time ordering - Website was really easy to use. My order arrived in 3 days and was very well packaged.
I’ll be ordering from again, thanks.

Unbelievable service from start to finish. A huge variety of top quality products, low prices & Shaz provides the best customer service of any wholesaler I’ve worked with to date. 11/10!

I am located in the Essex region and have recently availed of the services of Clearance Kings and was really pleased. They were really friendly and were able to carry out the domestic work/clearance that I required in a timely and efficient manner.
I will definitely refer to Clearance Kings for any future clearance requirements.

A great experience, I had the privilege to meet the owner myself and he is so down to earth and he ensures as a customer you walk away happy, they did get alot of stick during the height of the pandemic as unfortunately he was in hospital , I admired the effort he has put back into the business to get customers back on their feet etc even though he can't walk 100%, I even had an issue with some can openers , called them up and explained and they said they will sort it out for me,all round very helpful ,I would highly recommend them without a doubt, just try them and you will see. Thanks for everything 👍👍👍👍👍
