I had been looking for weeks to buy a new water pitcher. There are some that sound really great and it was hard to make the decision but once I read up about clearly filtered, I felt it did the most, and reduced the most contaminants plus I like the design of the pitcher was easy and not a complicated filter which sometimes they can be. I learned about this brand about 10 years ago from a professional friend who travels a lot. He recommended the portable water bottle that offers good-tasting, clean water from any tap. I have bought two bottles and recommended Clearly Filtered to a friend, who is really pleased with his water bottle. The water quality, the price, the convenience and the customer service are tops. I buy filters in bulk so I don't run out.

My family is aware of the adverse affects of heavy metals and fluoride in drinking water. The Clearly Filtered system addresses our concerns thoroughly. Further, the warm, courteous, and responsive Customer Care was helpful in addressing my questions about the difficulties with my last filter by sending a complimentary Priming Bag.

Filters are lost in the mail , they have been in the same location which is 2 hrs away from us. Called customer service and she said it was our problem to find them. We ordered on 8th and it is the 23rd today, Anyone know of a good water filter pitcher that takes care of their customers?

Clearly Filtered is amazing! I can taste the difference immediately. I work in multiple states and take my pitcher with me so I can have clean water to cook with and drink. We also have a fridge filter at our home. We love the way the clean water tastes and will never drink from tap again. We also have the water bottles. You have to suck very hard to get the water through the filter but having clean water wherever we go with worth that extra effort. Clearly Filtered also gives some of their profits back to the community and I think that is wonderful. When we order we get to choose between multiple charities and I like having a say in what charities I'm helping to support.

Very pleased with the ease of setting up, the way it looks on the counter, rather elegant and inviting one to pour a glass. It doesn't take up much space, the smell, taste and texture of the water is pleasing. I am extremely sensitive to these things. We were drinking Distilled for a few years and any difference is extremely subtle.

Easy instalation. Water tastes like plastic chemicals, even after flushing the line many gallons later.

Very inappropriate response from customer service! My problem is a mirror of that which was recently posted, 1/6/25, titled "Poor Customer Service and Bad Filter".
I was very diplomatic and thorough in describing two obvious defective filters that I have, which would not process perfectly clear municipal water in less than 12 hours each. A child like reply was received that offered no response to my well defined statement that suggested defective filters. People don't have time or patients for nonsense concerning important product issues. A legitimate, honest, and well-managed company would never respond to a good customer in the manner in which I just witnessed. What a shame, and what a sham! To all that read this - Be Ware! I will look elsewhere, and investigate the reputation of the next water filter company much better than I did with Clearly Filtered!

The filter never worked despite trying to prime it dozens of times using different methods. From day 1, took 2-3 days to fully empty making it useless. I was shocked at how rude the customer support was. They said they refunded me and when I checked, it was a whopping $7. Eventually they offered a "full" refund, but it was still not a full refund. Buyer beware. If the filter had worked or if they would have sent a replacement for their defective product, I would've been a long-time customer, but unfortunately will be switching to a different brand. Reading reviews, I see I am not the only one that's had a similar experience.

This filter doesn't remove enough TDS. After boiling the filtered water, the water gets very cloudy with many mineral residues floating.

The filters seemed to be ok at first. The pitcher is cheap thin plastic and the little flip up thing on the front broke off washing it. After my two filters I noticed this white residue on my coffee kettle that wasn’t there when I used bottled water. My third filter came and it looked like someone scraped it on the cement. It wouldn’t thread on to the primer or my pitcher properly and leaked. I emailed them and they asked for pictures which I sent back. Then they emailed me wanting video of it leaking. By then I already threw it away because it was soaked leaking on my counter. They never offered to replace it and told me I needed to hold onto it until troubleshooting was finished. There is no troubleshooting something that is destroyed and won’t screw on. I am a machinist and deal with threads on a daily basis and understand how they work.

In line refrigerator filter made a big difference in the taste. Water taste much cleaner. Hopefully it removes the chemicals they claim that it does. Very pleased.

We started the journey to better water quality after the city we live in added chlorine and other chemicals to the municiple water. Clearly Filtered Company offered the best system to meet our needs. We started with the pitcher filter, and than added the inline refrigerator filter. The taste of the water immediately changed. This year we added the under the sink filters to help with cooking water. Love the subscriptions as it is on a yearly cycle, as not to lapse in our family's water quality. Thank you for your productsm and service.

We bought the inline filter and it was easy to install and prime. My next sip was noticeably better. The water just tasted cleaner and our ice cubes were clearer. Overall, the decision to invest in a Clearly Filtered product was a decision to take our health more seriously.

I have been a Clearly Filtered Customer for many years and used the water jugs. Last year I decided to purchase the under the sink filters for the cold water. So easy to install and replace the filters. I've never tasted such great water and I'm not a fan of plain water. Now with Clearly Filtered I am. As a cancer survivor, it is important for me to drink the best water ever. I highly recommend the Clearly Filtered products. Everyone is always attentive to my needs and questions.
