I have been using them for about a year and have been thoroughly impressed. The integration with Teams is nice but what has exceeded my expectations is how open they are to new features and improvements. It has gotten better and better. It now only takes me a few moments to download my leads list and drop them into a new sms campaign.

If you reading this and not a customer, you are missing out. We use Clerk.Chat to help us with over 400 clients and their 2FA SMS messages. We have put this system to the test time and time again. The initial setup was painless, quick and solid. When I have a question or concern, the team from the leaders to the service desk were right there with me the whole time. We are now going put our complete reliance in them with moving our emergency broadcast system method for major system loss notifications. Highly Recommend!

Clerk Chat is a beautifully built solution that is flexible, customizable, intuitive, and perfect for collaboration. We love the Clerk Chat platform, but what we love even more is how amazing and caring the team behind it is.

Clerk Chat allows us to field text messages and respond to them across our organization (by whoever is first available) seamlessly and enables us to utilize SMS natively in Microsoft Teams without the need for another third-party application.

Not only do I LOVE this platform, but the support team is wonderful. A real, and very pleasant person responded quickly when I had a question and worked with me closely to make sure I could accomplish what I was trying to do - even taking the time to do a virtual screenshare meeting with me. Highly recommend!

Their communication was wonderful and they really helped make sure we got everything situated. The customer support team is absolutely wonderful!

Excellent product for modern communications. The initial setup is quick and straightforward. I recently had an amazing experience with Clerk's product and customer service. Even though I opted for the free plan for now, and I clearly stated before the support call, the technical support team helped me out in the best possible way and explained the technical aspects of the solution. Muhammad was an absolute gem in providing support, he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I can confidently say that Clerk Chat has been the most helpful team to work with, and their strong sense of customer support and loyalty exceeded my expectations.

I have had two phone support sessions with Clerk and they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their product. I was setting up Clerk SMS to work with MS Teams. It is up and running and working just like I had hoped.

Muhammad was and has been absolutely amazing. After countless attempts for support with Microsoft Office (Paid Support might I add), Muhammad with Clerk Chat had to end up resolving my issues. He has been there every step of the way ensuring me that I was not alone, sending me videos to show me what to do and video meeting with me when I was frustrated. My whole team of 6 is now up and running with the minimal amount of purchased products from Microsoft office might I also mention that Microsoft did not know what products I actually needed and could not get me set up to save any of us. Now all of my staff are able to sms using clerk and call using teams. We even set up on hold music & ring all user groups. We are still having a few issues with importing our contacts but clerk's support team is working on trying to find a resolution. I do not regret my decision at all. I slowly started pursuing Clerk about a year ago and I never decided to join till just recently. I have gone from a platform of multiple softwares and bundled them all up to use inside our Teams platform. Absolutely amazing product. Sincerely, Charrissa Romero

My phone stopped working after setting up Clerk SMS but it took a while before someone told me. So I reached out to Support and they were able to provide a video with instructions that showed that I needed to change my calling plan to a cheaper plan and change my phone from Calling Plan to Operator Connect. Once I had that I thought I was done but they would not let me go until Everything was working.

I had a problem with the SMS with my teams phone number, I wrote an email and 1 hour later my problem was solve!

I'm an IT professional with 15+ years in the trenches. I've integrated dozens of solutions like Clerk Chat and dealt with thousands of hours of support calls with 3rd party apps and providers.

I can honestly say that Clerk Chat has been THE single most helpful team to work with that I've ever experienced.

We had worst-case nightmare situation arise with Microsoft losing ported phone numbers. While it was *NOT* Clerk's responsibility to help with the matter, I begged them to step in and help. They rose to the occasion and knocked the resolution out of the park, no questions asked. They got Microsoft to do their job and smoothed everything over with our client. They communicated clearly what steps were necessary to take to all parties involved and everyone was happy in the end.

They are actively upgrading their solution and so far it has been relatively seamless for the end-users once you understand the setup process. They've been receptive to suggestions for improvement and have a very clear strategic roadmap for where they want to take the app.

Shout out to Alex and Igor for all that they do!
