Clinic center was initially recommended to me by a family friend who had previously visited for a hair transplant. After seeing his results I decided to bite the bullet last year and contact them. From the very beginning stages right through until I returned home the clinic centre have been brilliant to deal with.
I couldn’t recommend them enough. I was previously told in a clinic in Ireland that I wasn’t a candidate for a hair transplant - I’m so glad I decided to contact the clinic centre and go with them as it is now 9 months since my transplant and it was a massive success.
Really all I had to do was book my flights and after that the clinic centre arranged absolutely everything - they arranged airport pick ups and drop offs, transport to and from the clinic as well as arranging the hotel.
Communication was fantastic throughout and still continues to be - special mention to Anil who is part of the aftercare team & still checks in regularly to ask about my progress.

Surgery was 2 weeks ago I had a mini tummy tuck and lower abdominal muscle tightening. My surgeon dr daghan was amazing and I’m very happy with results so far although I have a long road of recovery and to see the final results when the swelling settled. I had complications during and after my surgery but it was handled well and promptly. For me, I found the only down side was the pain. The culture is very different in turkey than it is in the uk. Pain is expected and considered normal, I personally found this a little difficult. When I have had surgery in the uk, they will ply you with pain meds and they tell you, you should never be in pain. In turkey pain is part of the process and only paracetamol and ibuprofen were given through I.V, (I was written up for tramadol but it was never offered or given) it takes the edge off but doesn’t stop the pain completely so moving around was difficult for the first 24-48 hours after which it settled to a level where I could move around comfortably.
Most of the nurses were very nice and we communicated through a translation app so communication was never an issue for those who didn’t speak very much English.
The hospital was clean and well equipped. The food was lovely. All food was tasty and there was lots of it. The food tasted like it was all made from scratch, so it was free of nasty ingredients like preservatives etc. food is served like a buffet on a tray and I looked forward to seeing what was in my tray every meal time.
My care coordinator Kagan, was amazing…whenever I had a question for him he would get back to me promptly. He was reassuring, kind, helpful and friendly. We built a good relationship before, during and post surgery. He would never leave me wondering what was happening next, he kept me informed of every step. When I got back to the uk my care was handed over to the post surgery coordinator Anil. Anil has been very helpful and is still helping me through my recovery. If I have a question or a concern, Anil is right there to put my mind at rest. I have so much info about my recovery it’s very reassuring that he takes the time to look after me and is always at the other end of WhatsApp if I need him.
The people involved in the organisation, the surgery and my post op care have been great. I only have praise for them all…I’m not the easiest customer 😉😂

My whole experience has been great I’m still in recovery but contact I’ve had has been great from booking the surgery with didem and my coordinator alara now my aftercare with selin she is very helpful and reassuring with all questions I have had so far since coming back to UK I’m very happy with everything didem was always there also if I struggled to get hold of alara which I appreciated a lot

My surgery was great so far all look well my only fault was the hospital was mainly Turkish speaking very limited English so I literally had to just trust the process but I can’t find any fault with care I received and all communication x

I had a DHI hair transplant; the experience was very good and super easy. Everything gets booked for you, timings get pushed out to you. The hotel was really nice. The translators were all super good and back briefing you on what’s going on. The operation itself was fine, i even fell asleep after they put the numbing injections in my head so it went quite quickly. The nurses that did my operation were super polite and really took care of me, compliments to them. I would definately recommend clinic center istanbul to anybody who is considering it.

My experience went really smooth from booking to getting my procedure and the after care even when I came back home the after care stayed in contact with me threw WhatsApp to make sure everything was healing ok I have even booked to go back again

I had a tummy tuck with liposuction and a breast reduction with the clinic centre and it’s been an amazing experience, since the beginning the communication was fantastic then once we got at Istambul all the drivers, the hotel staff, the surgeon, the nurses, the hosts were all very very friendly, helpful and made me feel confident,
Surgery went great, check ups done and even before getting to the airport to come back to the uk i get contacted by Selin from the aftercare and she deserves 5 stars for all the messages asking for pictures to check how my scars are, always concerned if i have any questions and always available to help, amazing amazing, recommend 100%

My journey with Clinic Center has been amazing. They have kept me well informed, from the beginning of my journey. Everything has run smoothly. From the Co-ordinator, my surgeon Dr Hakan, my camera man and my after care consultant Selin. They have all been amazing and on point.

My experience with the clinic center has been Amazing from the beginning, Efe was fantastic with all my pre surgery information and booking everything for me. When out in Istanbul everything went so smoothly, the care I received was outstanding, my surgeon was great and the whole team were just brilliant. I have had Selin as my aftercare who has been amazing, she made contact on the day I got home, she has answered every single question I have asked, she has taken my concerns to my surgeon and came straight back to me with advice and reassurance. I genuinely can not fault any part of those journey, my results are amazing and I'm over the moon with how my body is after surgery, huge thanks to the whole team, would highly reccomend this company.

Great place to get a transplant. Friendly advisors. Pick up and drop service provided. Hotel was decent. The advice given was accurate. Results are starting to show now. Would recommend using this company to anyone thinking about a transplant.

My after care experience with Selin, has been outstanding, I have message on weekends when she not working, and she replied, she has always got back to me straight away, and I have message her so many times, she been so friendly and caring ams supportive, im so happy I got allocated serlin, couldn't imagine doing it without her x

I strongly advise UK patients to look past the marketing and understand exactly what happens if you develop a complication with Clinic Center.

I recently travelled to Turkey for a liposuction procedure. One of the main reasons I chose this company was their heavy advertising of "unique aftercare services provided in the UK" and continuous medical guidance.

Upon returning to the UK, I developed a massive seroma (fluid build-up) requiring urgent intervention. I was fitted with an improperly sized compression garment which caused friction blisters and worsened the issue. Their affiliated UK doctor explicitly stated in my medical notes that this complication required a repetitive drainage protocol over several months to prevent permanent aesthetic damage.

When I contacted Clinic Center to arrange this advertised UK aftercare, they completely abandoned their duty of care. Their representative explicitly told me in writing that their internal company policy only covers "one free check-up." They refused to authorize the medical treatment required for a known surgical complication, telling me I would have to pay standard UK private medical rates out of pocket if I wanted to continue.

Because they refused to honor the aftercare they advertise, I was forced to present to an NHS Accident & Emergency department for urgent assistance.

The surgery itself may be cheap, but the promised UK safety net does not exist. If you have a complication, you will be left to fend for yourself. Proceed with extreme caution.

I had surgery with Clinic Center on 06/07/2026.

The staff were very accommodating and diligent most spoke broken English and the translator Ismail was very friendly and helpful.

My recovery went smoothly with minimal discomfort and I was given pain relief regularly at the clinic and prescribed both painkillers and antibiotics upon being released to the hotel.

The Surgeon was also friendly and offered me advice on recovery and details about when I could exercise again and return for further treatment.

Efe my coordinator was also amazingly kind throughout my booking process and stay.

Used the clinic centre for my mummy makeover, cannot reccomend them enough airport pickup straight to hotel and kept in touch with reps throughout. I had a very good rep who picked us up I feel awful I have lost his name but he is male and is very stylish. I also met other ladies who had had surgeries which was nice. My surgeon and his team where fantastic the surgeon himself and 2 other men who changed dressing everyday the care I received was 100 times better than I would have got in the uk!!! Family members had breast cancer and only had dressing changed once a week she ended up with an infection in turkey they changed my dressings everyday and also gave me antibiotics to prevent any infection. Have recommended to all my family and friends and will definitely return if I decide to have anymore plastic surgery. Thank you clinic centre and Dr Daghan isik & team
