Used the clinic centre for my mummy makeover, cannot reccomend them enough airport pickup straight to hotel and kept in touch with reps throughout. I had a very good rep who picked us up I feel awful I have lost his name but he is male and is very stylish. I also met other ladies who had had surgeries which was nice. My surgeon and his team where fantastic the surgeon himself and 2 other men who changed dressing everyday the care I received was 100 times better than I would have got in the uk!!! Family members had breast cancer and only had dressing changed once a week she ended up with an infection in turkey they changed my dressings everyday and also gave me antibiotics to prevent any infection. Have recommended to all my family and friends and will definitely return if I decide to have anymore plastic surgery. Thank you clinic centre and Dr Daghan isik & team

I couldn't be happier with my experience at this clinic. From my very first consultation through to my surgery and aftercare, every single person involved made me feel supported, cared for, and completely at ease.

I had a breast reduction and lift, and the results have exceeded all of my expectations. Dr. Hakan did an incredible job, and I already feel so much more comfortable and confident. The hospital coordinator was amazing, always available to answer questions and make sure everything ran smoothly. The nursing staff were kind, attentive, and compassionate throughout my stay.

I also want to thank the drivers for always being punctual, friendly, and making every transfer stress-free, and the hotel staff for their warm hospitality and making my stay comfortable and relaxing.

Travelling to Istanbul for surgery was a big decision, but from the moment I arrived until I returned home, I felt safe, valued, and genuinely cared for. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, kindness, and exceptional care. I was genuinely excited to book my breast augmentation with Clinic Center and had every intention of going ahead with my surgery. Unfortunately, after months of communication, I made the difficult decision to cancel.

The main reason I chose not to proceed was because I completely lost confidence in the process.

Communication throughout my booking, particularly with my coordinator Kağan, was very poor. As someone travelling abroad for surgery, I expected clear, consistent communication, but I often felt my questions and concerns weren’t properly addressed.

As my concerns grew, I specifically asked for my complaint to be escalated to a senior manager. Although I then started receiving replies from the escalations email address, the responses still came from Kağan. I was never given the opportunity to communicate directly with a manager or senior member of staff, despite requesting this, which left me feeling that my concerns had not been independently reviewed.

Before proceeding with surgery, I sought five independent consultations with other surgeons. Every single surgeon advised that I would require a breast uplift to achieve the result I wanted, whereas the surgeon recommended by Clinic Center advised that an uplift was not necessary. I completely understand that surgeons can have different professional opinions, but receiving five opinions that all contradicted the original recommendation made me lose confidence in proceeding.

I cancelled my surgery more than two months before my scheduled date (1 week after sending over the deposit). I requested the return of my £150 deposit, but this was refused because my package had been booked under a promotional campaign. Although I knew I had received a promotional price, I was never told this made my deposit non-refundable and maybe they do this so they get out of refunding people, regardless of how far in advance I cancelled.

What also concerned me was a clause within Clinic Center’s Terms & Conditions stating that if a patient leaves certain negative public comments relating to the medical provider, hotel or medical dissatisfaction and does not remove them when requested, they agree to pay Clinic Center £50,000 in damages. Reading this made me feel uncomfortable as a consumer, particularly when patients should be able to share their genuine experiences. That really highlights what type of company they are!

I would rather lose £150 than undergo surgery when I no longer had confidence in the communication or the treatment plan.

This review reflects my personal experience. Others may have had a positive experience, but unfortunately mine left me feeling unable to place my trust in Clinic Center, and the way I was treated over requesting my £150.00 deposit back has been very disappointing.

Everything ran very smoothly from booking to returning home. There is always someone to contact with any questions. I was cared for very well. My only negative was that I had to contact the clinic centre every time when we were due for hospital check ups, airport transfers etc as we were never given any times for collection so I always had to ask. It would have been perfect if I had been informed of this without having to keep asking Alara every time we were going somewhere. But the whole experience was very smooth and I would recommend the clinic centre.

Estoy encantada con este gimnasio. Estoy encantada con los profesores, estoy encantada con las personas de recepción, con los dueños. Llevó año y medio y no tengo ni una sola queja, todo lo contrario. Además de que estoy muchísimo mejor físicamente tengo serios problemas con las rodillas y desde que voy al gimnasio como los profesores son muy buenos que he mejorado un montón. Travelled to Istanbul for breast augmentation and uplift. My surgeon was Dr Hakan Gundogen. Where do I begin he was such a lovely kind man made me feel so comfortable, just speaking with him for a few minutes it was obvious he was highly qualified and really knew his stuff and I was in safe hands. My breasts we’re in a bad way from previous surgery and he really has delivered a result I didn’t think was achievable I still have healing to do etc but as it stands I am over the moon.
The experience overall was great, hotel was lovely.
Only negative is that you are promised private transfers and I did share them a lot with other patients, this didn’t bother me so much but it might someone else.
Hospital was clean, nurses were kind caring and helpful. Was given a Translator this was really helpful.

Everything was great from start to after care coordinator. Brilliant service, they answered all my questions clearly.

DR HAKAN GUNDOGAN AND CLINIC CENTRE
From the moment I had contact with the clinic centre I have received the best care! I wanted a breast augmentation and I was initially contacted by Nida after I had enquired for more information.Everything was explained to me and was told the name of my surgeon before I made a final decision. When I had decided on clinic centre as the place to go through I payed the deposit to secure the price. The hotel information I was staying In also was given to me, you can take a companion free of charge, I was a lone traveller.
Kagan was my co-ordinater who is in regular contact with, any questions I had he answered and always kept me up to date with itinerary. Akin my translator was the best aswell.
Dr hakan himself is a brilliant surgeon we discussed what I would like my outcome to be and was very clear with explaining the process. He also took the time to take into consideration my anatomy and understood that I wanted the biggest size that would match my shape and build. I am so happy with the results. I can’t put it clearly enough just how good Dr hakan is at his job I highly recommend him and also clinic centre. From start to finish the whole process has been excellent even the drivers who drive you about, every member of staff I had contact with were brilliant.
One thing I will say is I had to stop one night in hospital and I found the food awful, I’d recommend taking some snacks in with you just incase your the same as me.
Also the picture of Dr hakan they are using is about 25+years old and he has changed in appearance, so when you see him for the first time don’t be alarmed he is the same person

I have used this company’s service twice now. The first time, six years ago, was a lovely experience, which is why I chose to come back. Unfortunately, this time has been different.

While I was in the hospital, money was stolen from my purse by a nurse which is the only one time I have ever left my bag unattended. I reported it to the translator, who told me it would take a couple of days for me to hear back. I then messaged Kagan the travel coordinator to chase up the next day and he claimed they had reviewed the CCTV footage at the specific time and that no one had entered my room.

This is how I know they didn’t properly investigate the situation. At no point did I tell anyone what time the theft happened. In fact, I had clearly explained to the translator that the money was taken while I was still in the room, but inside the bathroom getting changed. So how could they have reviewed footage from a “specific time” when I never provided one.. and how could he said no one entered my room when a couple nurses been in and out throughout the day…. Makes no sense.

The travel coordinator was also very dismissive. They kept saying this couldn’t have happened because it had never happened before. That makes no sense. Just because something hasn’t happened before doesn’t mean it couldn’t happen this time.

What disappointed me more was the complete lack of empathy, reassurance, or genuine effort to help. I wasn’t expecting miracles. I simply wanted to be taken seriously, for the matter to be properly investigated, and to have a chance of recovering my money.

It’s incredibly disappointing that a company I previously trusted handled such an issue in this way.

Excellent service from the start, very clear instructions and explanations on what is happening and the after care is brilliant, still on going for the year after my surgery on the 12th May 2026.

My experience with clinic centre was really great, they made me feel comfortable and they’re really helpful I will definitely be using them again and I recommend them, thank you so much for my experience I a very happy with my results. :)
