I was due to have my medical this Saturday but due to having a serious operation 2 days ago I have had to re schedule, Kc1 was very understanding and helpful and helped me rebook my appointment , he updated the system with no problems and also contacted my solicitors yo let them know my situation yo save any callback during my recovery

I was trying sort my way through email after email after I had recently been badly injured in a RTC and was struggling to get around to the ones from CL Medicall. To my upmost delight I received a phone call from them regarding the information they were needing and this saved me a lot of distress. I spoke to their agent (MS3) and she was amazing, clear speaking, polite and very knowledgeable. We dealt with everything over the phone in minutes which would have taken me ages through emails. MS3 also cleared up a few queries I had which again saved me a lot of time. First class service all the way. THANK YOU.
