CL Medicall Aid Limited Reviews 

I was trying sort my way through email after email after I had recently been badly injured in a RTC and was struggling to get around to the ones from CL Medicall. To my upmost delight I received a phone call from them regarding the information they were needing and this saved me a lot of distress. I spoke to their agent (MS3) and she was amazing, clear speaking, polite and very knowledgeable. We dealt with everything over the phone in minutes which would have taken me ages through emails. MS3 also cleared up a few queries I had which again saved me a lot of time. First class service all the way. THANK YOU.

I had a call this morning to arrange an appointment for me and thay have always been grate when talking to them I've spoken to a few different people on the phone now and I can't say a bad word about them they have always explained everything when I've needed them too.

Thay are a fantastic service

ES1 was very polite and explained everything clearly amd was very patient while taking my details .

AH9 was very kind and helpful. She listen and put us at our ease while getting down all the details. Thank you

Upon answering a call from TS5 @ CL Medicall Aid, I found him to be friendly, understanding and helpful in every way….a must for anyone if they want to feel at ease during the process

Just had a really helpful & informative phone conversation with a member of your staff. She had a lovely manner & put me at ease straight away, she was able to reassure me that everything that needed to be done was being done. She was very professional & knowledgeable & very kind. MS3 handle my call with politeness, professionalism she made my call very pleasant took down my information in regards to my accident, I was dreading the time would take when she advised me it would take 10 to 20 min
However it seem like a 5 min conversation even though it was 34min
