Amazing service, amazing support! 10/10!
I tried out Clovux for my server and it works great! I haven't yet had the chance to put it under much stress but so far it works amazing! I've had a few issues, which were swiftly resolved by Clovux support! I would highly recommend them because they have a great service with great support at an affordable price. Absolutely no problems so far! Plus, you can pay with cryptocurrency which is a plus for me. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

Great Service
Especially if you can find a promo code, it's a great value and has basically no performance issues. Can be a little bit hard to set up if you have to import an existing world, but once everything is set up, its a great service that works with multicraft, so it's easy to move files with Filezilla and install plugins.

I was going through my reviews and realized I needed to extend onto my original negative review:
Clovux is a good cheap option but garbage for anything long term. The server was always lagging behind no matter how much ram we added, I spoke to another person who had used Clovux that had also had this issue.
Their service would go down for day or longer at a time quite frequently.
Was a very bad experience, you're better off using other server providers.

We had a look at what went wrong and can see you had raised an issue on 9th December 2020 regarding the daemon crashing. This was fixed 2 days later and we then extended your service free of charge by 2 weeks as compensation for the issue. Since then we have not had any further issues. Our uptime SLA guarantee is 99.9%.

They are an extremely reliable source. Every server I’ve owned has been from here and I’ve got nothing but the best of service. I would definitely recommend clovux to anyone trying to buy a server.

Clovux is really good! It's even both better and cheaper than the previous server hosting I used! I will be sticking with clovux, and will plan to buy a dedicated server with them when I get a job after college :D

The servers are good. They aren't very fast in responding to tickets but their servers run well even at 1GB. Would reccomend!

Amazing Host!
Underestimated them. Thought it would take much longer for them to create my VPS but it was like 12 hours. They also installed Pterodactyl Panel for me. 5/5!

Amazing hosting provider and great service!
Great hosting service provided by Clovux. I host multiple websites for different clients on their servers and always receive quality up-time for an affordable price. They also are constantly improving and adding new features to their site. From what I have experienced, their customer services was fast and any small problems I ran into they had great knowledge and understanding in fixing these for me in no time by providing very detailed answers. Definitely would recommend if you're looking to host anything, super underrated hosting provider.

We have conducted an internal investigation to see what went wrong. Our findings are documented below:
According to our records, you actually had a VPS with us, not a Minecraft server. Although our VPS are unmanaged, we still kindly offered to help diagnose the problem with the Minecraft server (version 1.14.4) you had installed on your VPS.
We carried out a series of performance tests on our VPS nodes, which all showed up to be working perfectly. Fortunately, no other clients were experiencing any problems at this time which ruled out that the issues you experienced were coming from Clovux's servers.
We advised you that due to the poor performance of Minecraft 1.14.4 compared to previous versions, you would have needed to upgrade to a higher plan with more resources, and this would have resolved the problem. One of our team members did kindly upgrade you free of charge for a number of days in order for you to test out this plan, and you then acknowledged that the issue had been resolved. This indicated to us that the issues experienced were not due to our service.
Upon further investigation, we found that our agents remained committed to resolving your problem to the best of their abilities. You received an average response time of 5 hrs across your tickets. Once we stopped receiving responses from you, it suggested to us that your problem had been resolved. We are sorry to see such a bad review by you, as our team thought we had resolved the trouble you had been experiencing at the time. We would be more than happy to offer you a discount if you decide to give us another try.

Clovux is a great hosting company that I would recommend to anyone. I’ve had a VPS with them for many months, and it has had minimal downtime and I’ve had no performance problems. Pricing: Very affordable, specially with coupon code « Ghast » you get 25% of reccurently. Honestly one of the best out there.
