My experience in the branch was 'great' BUT i find your opening times a nightmare. Why can't you be open late one day? Why are all days shutting at 2:30pm - I can't get to you easily from Lowestoft. This is not good customer choice - there is no choice....

I tried to book an airport lounge pass and it seems almost impossible.
You are sent from one page to another that doesn't work, then back to another and get nowhere.
Why, in this day and age, is it not made easy, do they want you to get fed up and forget the whole thing?
I tried to call the number and was informed that you can't book it through that system, why give me the number when it doesn't actually work???
