Easy to book and good value. William at coachhire made the process completely painless

Travelled to Madrid for the Champions league final recently and to be honest, although not completely to plan, was a really good trip!
We got there a bit later than planned but this suited me personally as if we would have arrived at the original time it would have been a really long day to fill which after the travel and the heat in Madrid would have wiped me out for the match. We arrived at 13:00pm which was enough time to get changed and get into the square for a few drinks before finding somewhere to watch the match.
The meeting point where we ended up parking, for me was perfect as like a lot of others on the bus, we did not have match tickets so were planning on heading straight to the fanzone when we arrived. The bus was next to the Metro and Bus stations so easy to get to where we needed to go. We were told to get back to the bus for a certain time and told not to be late as the bus could not wait around. Majority of us where there early however we ended up getting away 45 minutes or so later than scheduled as we were waiting for two of the passengers to turn up who did not show in the end so we had to leave to make sure we got back to Calais on time for the ferry. Coming back seemed a lot quicker (probably because of the result!)
Overall an excellent trip and experience - would definitely use again!

No complaints for the service on the way out. The driver on the return journey called asking me to send him the destination details. How could he head out without knowing where he was going? Very unprofessional. He also told us he was going to be 20 minutes late leaving 20 children waiting in the heat. Not good.

I Avoid at all costs!
They will not be hestitant to leave you in a country without A 2nd thought ,without your passport or luggage, completely ruined my trip , staff are the rudest people I’ve ever met.
Just bare in mind that customer service is not there port of call before booking.

Brilliant service, very comfortable seats and everything you needed (air con, charging sockets and plenty of room) very well priced as well.

Thanks to Emma Johnson this was a very smooth and simple process. I completed the online form but had to firm up the pick up points. A simple call to Emma who adjusted the form and reset the quote for me. I told her I had a limited budget and she came back to me within 30 minutes with an acceptable price. Just great thank you

Our coach was exceptionally clean and spacious and our driver Joe was fantastic, good humoured and importantly we all felt safe with his driving. I would definitely book again.

Made a booking through Coachhire.com. Had some issues with the bus driver who it was sub contracted to but Coachhire.com have immediately resolved the issues. Couldn’t have been more helpful or apologetic. I have no issues with using this company again.

So far so good! During the booking process, our sales agent William Dedman offered us a polite and speedy service, as well as excellent value for money. Now hoping for the coach trip to be equally as smooth.

Brilliant Service from start to finish. I was helped with many specific requests and a small change of address without any issues. The coach itself was fantastic, spacious and had everything we requested. Our driver was also brilliant and very relaxed and made sure the hole journey to Newcastle and back to London went smoothly. Very Bad. Coach Hire will greet you with 2 pages of terms and conditions and if anything happens it is the supplier companies fault. I made a booking for 22 people, 22 luggage and 3 sports bags. They did not provide adequate luggage storage. First leg the luggage was stored up to the ceiling and if the driver would have to break hard luggage would have hit passengers. Return journey two small vehicles turned up again not adequate luggage storage even after making a complaint. The drivers were planning to place sport luggage under our feet. As a booking company who takes the payments at least you can do is to ensure the supplies company sends adequate vehicles. I feel completely fooled.
