Our website does provide delivery guidance, which includes a manufacturing period of 1-2 days, followed by standard shipping times, totaling 4-5 working days. You received your order in 3 days after placing it which is very good considering the type of product we sell. Unfortunately, your order was placed with only a two-day window before your event without any note or request for faster shipping. We’re always here to help with specific timeframes, and we respond promptly to queries, but we didn’t receive any communication on this matter from you.
After reaching out post-purchase, we also received no response. We encourage our customers to double-check our shipping guidelines, as they are there to ensure orders arrive on time, especially for events. Please don’t hesitate to reach out directly if you have further questions.
