I haven’t got my dress yet! But the selection and range was amazing. Easy to place order on the website! I can’t wait to get my dress!

I ordered a pair of shoes in size 41 . After a delay in arriving - I received a size 43!! After numerous emails back and forth, The size I ordered was no longer in stock .
In the end I had to choose something else. I settled on a black jacket ..
the quality is not great . Looks very cheap.

Absolute worst quality dress I have ever purchased in my life (and I am not exaggerating!). I waited well over 3 weeks for delivery and when it arrived, it almost fell apart when I took it out of the box, in addition to dropping about 5kg’s of glitter all over my floor. The dress was nothing like the dress advertised and when I tried it on, the ‘bling’ decoration on the dress almost cut my skin to pieces. The make of the dress was also so poor it felt like it would fall apart if worn form more than a hour. The dress image advertised a full shirt of feathers. What turned up was a dress with 7 clumps of feathers stuck in a few spots on the front of the dress skirt. There was also no tags on the dress at all. I contacted the company who only offered a 10% refund- said it was ‘personal preference’ that I didn’t like the item!!! Then when I refused this offer, they offered me a 15% refund and keep the dress, or receive a full refund if I paid to send it back to China (yes, China, even thought they advertise being Adelaide based) and also cover additional costs for them to accept the item back after inspection!!!! Financially, that wasn’t worth it and I assume that these type of situations are what keeps this company going!

Easy to order on line. Great illustration of the item I wanted and a really good discount. The company is open to further interactions which makes me more confident with orders.

I went to Coco Sydney after doing quite a bit of research into men’s clothing, because their range seemed to suit exactly what I was looking for.

I wanted something different — stylish, elegant, masculine, and a little distinctive — clothing that suited the new image I am creating for myself. The pieces I found there really hit the right note: refined without being overdone, fashionable without looking forced, and smart enough to feel special while still being wearable.

What impressed me most was that Coco Sydney offers an upmarket look and feel while still being accessible. The clothing has that polished boutique quality I was after, but without the excessive pricing that often comes with this kind of style.

For me, this was not just a normal clothing purchase. It felt like part of a personal refresh — the new John stepping forward with more confidence, style, and presence. Coco Sydney helped me find clothing that actually matched that feeling.

Very happy with the experience and the range. I’ll gladly shop there again.

Very simple website to navigate, pricing is excellent value and discounting is clear and transparent.

Ordered some jackets and the quality and sizing were very poor. I requested a refund and now they are refusing despite what their policy states. Emails back and forth then offered 50% in good will! Now offering an exchange (which their policy states they don’t do!) or store credit (thank you but no thank you). Appalling service and below average products. Definitely not Australian. I WOULDN’T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM IF YOUR STILL DECIDING.

After waiting 2 weeks for my item. It certainly was nothing like what was advertised on the website. It was not the same colour, the quality was absolutely disgraceful, it didn't even have tags on it not even a label with washing instructions. Very poor quality. I am currently waiting to hear from them in regards to a refund. I will not be ordering from them again.

What you see on their website is not what you get—at all. The clothes that arrive are cheap, badly made knockoffs that look nothing like the photos. It honestly feels like a scam.

The quality is terrible—poor stitching, awful fit, and low-grade polyester that feels nothing like what’s advertised. And forget about customer service. Once they’ve got your money, that’s it. No refunds, the help they offer Is patronising and passive aggressive in response - money will ever be refunded back.

Save yourself the frustration and spend your money somewhere else.

I have just received my article of clothing I ordered two weeks ago. I am so disappointed. The quality is very very poor and the jumper looks nothing like the photo in the advertisement. It wouldn't fit a 10 year old. DO NOT SHOP with COCO and SYDNEY.

They don’t even deserve one star the quality is appalling. The sizing is not correct and it was already undoing when I received it. I asked for a refund and I’m not entitled to a refund and they want me to buy more and get an 50% of my next purchased. This is ridiculous. Do not buy from this company. Scammers
