The quality of Temu and three times the price nothing Australia made about it.

No one answers emails to cancel orders DO NOT BUY From this company.

After two weeks I finally received the first order and I am not happy with the quality style price shape and the fact that it was delivered with no packaging slip Or return details. Total Scam

They do not answer there emails, it’s not free returns. The product is not worth the money,no tags on the item. Absolutely rubbish quality. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

I ordered and paid for two cashmere sweaters and a day later I received notice by email of a delivery of my first purchase. There had not been a delivery!
I have repeatedly tried to resolve this issue with Ashley who always replies, signing herself as love from Ashley. She invariably does not respond to my queries. This experience with Coco & Sydney has been very frustrating. Just after 10pm last night I received an email claiming that my parcel had just been delivered. Needless to say it had not been delivered. I’m at my wit’s end trying to get what I paid for.

Do not touch Coco-Sydney with a 50 foot barge pole. Their operation is based on lies and the Return Policy is fraudulent in the least. Just a complete and utter waste of time and shop @ Temu instead. Garbage product, no labels and size would fit a small boy not a 3XL man. So disappointed....

What you see is not what you get. If I'd wanted Temu quality then I would have ordered from them and saved a lot of money. 3 to 8 day delivery turned into 30days. Very disappointing outcome.

They just take your money give you rubbish you that barely resembles what you ordered. Incorrect size (no size even listed on the items), colour doesn’t match at all and rubbish material. When you politely ask for a refund they will only offer 15% back and will it budge. How this site hasn’t been blocked yet, idk!

BEWARE!!! THE BIGGEST SCAM!!

I cannot stress enough. How much of a scam this company is please stay far away from them. The items that I received with nothing like the photos, I’ll be embarrassed to give them away. The quality was so bad different sizes different colours. The worst part is when I liaise with them for a return they only offered a 15%. REFUND!!
I spent almost $600 with them, not one item was of good quality. They were all rubbish. They should not be allowed in business the biggest scam I’ve ever been involved in.

The Item is not like what is advertised.
The Teddy jacket sheds and has brown marks on it.
The company are refusing to refund me unless I pay to return it to China.

I ordered a dress that was nothing like the photo online. It was a cheap takeoff that if I stood next to a heater it would combust!!
Asked for return and refund ...they gave me a 50 percent off next order instead.
So I ordered a blazer that was cheap and nasty also.. coming from China. I took photos that it was not lined and no label on inside collar...cheap material o wouldn't have paid $5 for off a cheap rack.
These sale prices are bullshit..no way was ot originally worth $140 let alone the sale price of $69. Horrified when it arrived.
They won't refund..
Said they already gave me 50 percent off...so disappointing. Then I find out they are an American based company.
.under the name coco sydney...probably some Chinese warehouse there plugging heaps of dollars off a scam website...missed those red flags...should have looked up the company first. Never ever again

Shoes I ordered took 2 months to arrive and were cheap and flimsy and were at least 2 sizes too big. Waste of money and time.
Sent emails to company requesting information about delivery but no response.
I thought I was dealing with a reputable company in Australia but they are cheap shoes of Chinese origin.

Paid $165 for a flank shirt thinking it would be high quality, it’s just the same quality as Shein and was shipped by a 3rd party. The item had loose stitching, dirty marks across the item and when I complained they believed those sorts of things to be standard…just buy a cheap product from shein!

Buyer beware! This Company’ Return Policy is a SCAM. They offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and when there is a problem of their making, they refuse to honour it. Trust it at your own risk. Their products are cheap and poorly made – typical of low-end Chinese imports. Despite advertising Australian sizing, the real sizing is some obscure sizing that does not match Australian standards by a long way. If you buy from this site prepare for disappointment with the product and frustration at trying to get them to honour the refund policy. They pretend to have a warehouse in the Netherlands but that is a SCAM as well, it is in China! My advice – AVOID the SCAM Coco & Sydney AT ALL COSTS!
Note: You will see some positive reviews this is because they offer a 50% refund after the purchase if you write a positive review. Doubtless this is how people claw back some of their losses from this SCAM.

Dresses were just perfect and the size measurement chart very accurate. Great quality. Delivery quick.

ordered 2 pairs of mens pants, they took a month to arrive at a local courier of their choice, that courier left the parcel in a bush out the front of my complex on the road and i never received the package and was never found.
they have basically said is my problem and won't resend, refund or contact courier, terrible service.

The worst quality clothing I have ever bought. Spent 145aud on a hoody for my husband and the fabric is revolting . Tge stitching ridiculous. On top of that they DO NOT HAVE RETURNS!!! you need to send the product back to some random factory in china ( which would have cost $45) which I decided not to do asi have lost 145 already! They offed to give me a refund of 15% of my purchase price. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!! Don’t buy from them!!!!

I do not recommend this website. I recently purchased a winter jacket that was extremely poor in quality and very misleading compared to the photos and description shown on their website. I ended up buying another jacket from Target for a much cheaper price, with significantly better quality.

If Trustpilot allowed photo attachments, I would gladly share pictures comparing the item advertised on their website with what I actually received.

The delivery tracking information they provided did not work. When I contacted customer service, instead of addressing my tracking query, they simply apologised for the delayed delivery a few days later and avoided answering my concern regarding the tracking details.

I have now requested a refund and return label and am currently awaiting their response.

The price of the item was better than anywhere else I had seen it. The company has good tevirws
